| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على النمط الجديد للإدارة المستوحى من تطبيق تكنلوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية وظهور ما يعرف التسيير العمومي الإلكتروني، وبيان أثره على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في (المؤسسة البلدية)، ومن هذا الصدد تم إعداد استمارة استبيان وتوزيعها على مجموعة من الموظفين العاملين في بلدية المسيلة وتبين أن الصالح للتحليل هو 60 استبانة، بعد تجميع البيانات تم تحليلها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي spss . وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها: يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية حول تأثير التسيير العمومي الإلكتروني بأبعاده المختلفة فيما يخص المتطلبات الأمنية والمتطلبات الإدارية على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في المؤسسة (بلدية المسيلة) عند مستوى 0.05 = &، توفير البنى التحتية والأجهزة الحاسوبية يساعد في تطبيق نموذج التسيير العمومي الإلكتروني، الحد من ازمه التسيير العمومي التي عرفتها الإدارات والمؤسسات العمومية. The study aims to identify the new style of management inspired by the application of information and communication technology in public institutions and administrations and the emergence of what is known as electronic public management, and to demonstrate its impact on improving the job performance of employees in the institution (municipality). In this regard, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a group of employees. Workers in the municipality of M'sila, and it was found that the validity of the analysis is 60 questionnaires, after collecting the data, it was analyzed by the statistical program Finally, the study reached several results, most notably: There is a statistically significant effect on the impact of electronic public management with its dimensions regarding security requirements and administrative requirements on improving the job performance of employees in the institution (Municipality of M'sila) at the level of 0.05 = &, the provision of infrastructure and computer equipment helps in Applying the electronic public management model, reducing the public management crisis experienced by public administrations and institutions. |
