| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام المشرفين التربويين بمصلحة التفتيش التربوي مصراته لمصادر الإنترنت التربوية والدور الذي تقدمه من أجل التنمية المهنية للمعلمين بمدينة مصراته، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب للحصول على أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات حول موضوع الدراسة، وتحدد مجتمع الدراسة وعينته من جميع المشرفين التربويين بمصلحة التفتيش التربوي مصراته وعددهم (124) مفتش تربوي وذلك لقلة عدد المفتشين التربويين، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، كما تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة للوصول إلى نتائج أهمها: -أن أهمية الإنترنت من خلال تفعيل المصادر التربوية والعمل بها، والاستفادة منها في مجال الإشراف وتنمية المعلمين مهنيا ومتابعتهم جاءت بدرجة عالية. -أن استخدام المشرفين التربويين لمصادر الإنترنت جاءت بدرجة ما بين المتوسطة والمنخفضة. -يواجه المشرفون الكثير من المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدامهم لمصادر الإنترنت. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفين التربويين تبعا لدرجة الإلمام باستخدام الحاسوب لصالح الذين لديهم دورات في التخصص. -وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفين التربويين تبعا لدرجة الإلمام باستخدام الحاسوب لصالح الذين لديهم خبرة قليلة في مجال الحاسوب. The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of educational supervisors in the Misurata Educational Inspection Authority for educational Internet resources and the role they provide for the professional development of teachers in the city of Misurata. The descriptive approach was used because it is the most appropriate to obtain as much information as possible about the subject of the study, and the study population was determined from all educational supervisors in the Misurata Educational Inspection Authority, and they numbered (124) educational inspectors, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, and the appropriate statistical methods were used to reach the most important results: - The importance of the Internet through activating educational resources and working with them, and benefiting from them in the field of supervision and teacher development professionally and follow-up came to a high degree. - The educational supervisors' use of Internet resources was between medium and low. - Administrators face many obstacles that prevent them from using Internet resources. - There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the means of the educational supervisors' responses according to the degree of computer literacy in favor of those who have courses in the specialization. - There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the means of the educational supervisors' responses according to the degree of computer literacy in favor of those who have little experience in the field of computer. |
