| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات تفعيل دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع والمعوقات التي تعترض الجامعة للقيام بدورها المناط بها في خدمة المجتمع المحيط بها، ولقد اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع أهدافها، كما طبقت استبانة من تصميم الباحثان على عين الدراسة التي تكونت من (150) عضو هيئة تدريس بالكليات الواقعة في نطاق مدينة بنغازي، واستخدمت عدة أساليب إحصائية منها معامل كرونباخ Cronbach Alpha، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار T. test، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن أهم متطلبات تفعيل دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع: تعاون وصلات أوثق مع الجهات التنفيذية المعنية بخدمة المجتمع، الاهتمام بالبحوث والدراسات التي تستهدف تطبيق المعارف العلمية والتكنولوجية، عمل كتيبات للإعلان عن إمكانات الجامعة وقدرتها على تلبية احتياجات المجتمع المحيط بها، وأهم معوقات تفعيل دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع: نقص الخبراء المتخصصين في مجال خدمة المجتمع، قلة اهتمام الخطط الاستراتيجية بالجامعة بربط البرامج والتخصصات التي تقدمها باحتياجات المجتمع المحلي، عدم اهتمام الجامعة برصد التغيرات والمستجدات التي تحدث بمؤسسات المجتمع، عدم وجود اختلاف من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالنسبة لمتطلبات ومعوقات تفعيل دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع تبعا لمتغير النوع، والكلية (إنسانية، تطبيقية). The study aims to know the requirements for activating the university's role in community service and the obstacles that the university faces in carrying out its role in serving the surrounding community. Teaching staff in colleges located in the city of Benghazi, and used several statistical methods, including Cronbach Alpha coefficient, arithmetic means, standard deviations, T. test, The study reached several results, including: The most important requirements for activating the role of the university in community service: cooperation and closer links with the executive authorities concerned with community service, interest in research and studies aimed at the application of scientific and technological knowledge, making brochures to announce the capabilities of the university and its ability to meet the needs of the surrounding community The most important obstacles to activating the university's role in community service: Lack of experts specialized in the field of community service, lack of interest in the university's strategic plans in linking the programs and specializations it offers to the needs of the local community, lack of interest in monitoring changes and developments that occur in community institutions, lack of difference from the point of view of faculty members regarding the requirements and obstacles to activating the university's role in serving Society according to gender and faculty (humanitarian, applied). |
