| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الإبداع الإداري والأداء الوظيفي لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بكلية التربية جامعة مصراتة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة، وتم توزيعها على عينة بلغت (110) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وبنسبة 50% من أصل (219) من المجتمع الأصلي. حيث استرجع منها (87) استبانة بنسبة (40%) تم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لها باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). حيث توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: * أن رؤساء الأقسام العلمية يتمتعون بدرجة عالية من القدرات المميزة للإبداع الإداري، * وأن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى رؤساء الأقسام كان عال. * توجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة معنوية بين درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية للإبداع الإداري ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للإبداع الإداري والأداء الوظيفي لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية تعزى إلى متغيري الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، * وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية للإبداع الإداري ترجع إلى متغير القسم التابع له، ولصالح قسم معلم الفصل، * أيضا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى رؤساء الأقسام العلمية ترجع إلى متغير القسم التابع له، ولصالح قسم الحاسوب. The research aimed to identify the relationship between administrative creativity and job performance among the heads of scientific departments at the College of Education, Misurata University. To achieve the research goal, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and a questionnaire consisting of (32) items was prepared and distributed to a sample of (110) members of the body. Teaching, with 50% out of (219) from the original community. Of these, (87) question-naires (40%) were retrieved, and statistical processing was carried out using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The research reached the following results: *The heads of scientific departments have a high degree of distinctive capabilities for administrative creativity, *and the level of job performance among department heads was high. *There is a direct and significant relationship between the degree of practice of administrative creativity by heads of scientific departments and the level of job performance. *There are no statistically significant differences in administrative creativity and job performance among heads of scientific departments due to the variables of gender and years of experience. *There are statistically significant differences in the degree The practice of administrative creativity by heads of scientific departments is due to the variable of the department to which they are affiliated, and in favor of the classroom teacher's department. *There are also statistically significant differences in the level of job performance among heads of scientific departments due to the variable of the department to which they are affiliated, and in favor of the computer department. |
