| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين متغير الصلابة النفسية ومتغير الانضباط الصحي والكشف عن مستوى الصلابة النفسية ومستوى الانضباط الصحي لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن بمستشفى براك العام، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للتعرف على العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (23) مريض من مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن (15 ذكور) و (8 إناث) اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية وبأعمار مختلفة تراوحت ما بين (20-65 سنة)، وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الصلابة النفسية والانضباط الصحي لدى مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن بمستشفى براك العام ببلدية الشاطئ، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن أفراد العينة لديهم مستوى مناسب جدا من الصلابة النفسية، كما يتمتعون بدرجة عالية من الانضباط الصحي، وأظهرت أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيري (الجنس، ومدة المرض) من مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن بمستشفى براك العام ببلدية الشاطئ فيما يتعلق بالصلابة النفسية والانضباط الصحي. وعدم وجود فروق بين فئتي الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجون، غير متزوجين) من مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن فيما يتعلق بالانضباط الصحي، بينما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق بين فئتي الحالة الاجتماعية لدى أفراد العينة من مرضى القصور الكلوي المزمن بمستشفى براك العام ببلدية الشاطئ فيما يتعلق بالصلابة النفسية، وهذه الفروق لصالح ممن حالتهم الاجتماعية (متزوج) على حساب (غير المتزوجين) من المرضى، وبناء على النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات إضافة إلى مقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية في الموضوع. |b The current study aims to reveal the relationship between the variable of psychological hardiness and the variable of health discipline, and to reveal the level of psychological hardiness and the level of health discipline, among patients with chronic renal failure at Brack General Hospital. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool to identify the relationship between the variables of the study. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The study sample consisted of (23) patients with chronic renal failure (15 males) and (8 females) chosen randomly and with different ages ranging between (2065- years). The study showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between psychological hardiness and health discipline among patients with chronic renal failure at Brack General Hospital in the municipality of Al shatti. The study also showed that the sample members have a very appropriate level of psychological hardiness and they have a high degree of health discipline. It also showed that there are no statistically significant differences according to the variables of (gender, age, and duration of illness) among patients with chronic renal failure at Brack General Hospital in the municipality of Al shatti with regard to psychological toughness and health discipline. There are no differences between the two social status categories. (Married, unmarried) patients with chronic renal failure with regard to health discipline, while the study showed that there are differences between the two categories of marital status among the sample members of patients with chronic renal failure at Brack General Hospital in the municipality of Al shatti with regard to psychological hardiness, and these differences are in favour of those in their marital status (Married patients at the expense of unmarried patients. Based on the results, the study concluded with a set of recommendations in addition to suggestions for future studies on this flled. | ||
