| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة مصراته، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثتان بتطوير استبانة مكونة من سبعة أبعاد هي: احتياجات تتعلق بالمنهج، احتياجات متعلقة بقياس السلوك المدخلي، احتياجات مرتبطة بقياس مستوى الأداء الحالي، احتياجات مرتبطة بالخطة التربوية الفردية والخطة التعليمية الفردية، احتياجات تدريبية تتعلق بالوسائل والأساليب التعليمية والتعزيز، احتياجات تدريبية تتعلق بالتقويم والتغذية الراجعة، واحتياجات تدريبية تتعلق بالمساندة والدعم الأسري والمجتمعي. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لأغراض البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (60) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي التربية الخاصة، أما عينته فتكونت من (29) معلما ومعلمة. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة بمدينة مصراته جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية تعزى لمتغير نوع الإعاقة (سمعية، بصرية)، لصالح ذوي الإعاقة البصرية، وأوصت الباحثتان بضرورة بناء برامج تدريبية لمعلمي التربية الخاصة في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريبية الواردة في هذا البحث وفقا لمجالاتها المختلفة وبالأخص البرامج ذات الأولوية. The current research aims to identify the necessary training needs for special education teachers in the city of Misurata, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the two researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of seven dimensions: needs related to the curriculum, needs related to measuring the entrance behavior, needs related to measuring the current level of performance, needs related to the individual educational plan And the individual educational plan, training needs related to educational means and methods and reinforcement, training needs related to evaluation and feedback, and training needs related to family and community support and support. The descriptive approach was used for its relevance for research purposes, and the research community consisted of (60) male and female teachers of special education, and its sample consisted of (29) male and female teachers. The results showed that the level of training needs for teachers of special education in the city of Misurata came to a medium degree, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the training needs due to the variables of gender and years of experience, while there were statistically significant differences in the training needs due to the variable of the type of disability (audio, visual).), for the benefit of people with visual disabilities, and the two researchers recommended the need to build training programs for special education teachers in light of the training needs contained in this research according to its various fields, especially priority programs. |
