| 520 | |a تعتبر DevOps من أهم المنهجيات الرائجة حاليا في مجتمع تطوير البرمجيات، ولكن على الرغم من ذلك تجد المنظمات صعوبة في تبنيها وتحقيقها ضمن بيئة عملهم، نظرا لضبابية دورة حياتها وعدم وضع إطار عمل واضح لها، ولكثرة الأدوات الضرورية الواجب تعلمها لأتمته عملية التطوير. لذلك سنقوم في هذه الورقة البحثية باستعراض دراستي حالة متشابهين من حيث الهدف والطبيعة وتختلفان من ناحية منهجية التطوير بهدف توضيح مفاهيم وأسلوب عمل DevOps انطلاقا من منهجيات التطوير السريعة Agile، وسنضع التطبيقين المراد تطويرهما تحت الملاحظة والتتبع، بدءا من لحظة جمع المتطلبات وصولا إلى لحظة التسليم. سنتبنى منهجية تطوير سريعة Agile في الحالة الأولى، وفي الثانية إطار عمل خاص بمنهجية DevOps نهاية سنجمع البيانات المستخلصة من الدراستين من خلال الملاحظات Observations والمقابلات الدورية الناتجة عن طبيعة المنهجيات المستخدمة Interviews، وسنحللها باستخدام أسلوب التحليل التقاطعي Analysis Cross Case. تهدف دراستنا إلى دراسة التأثير الذي تضيفه DevOps إلى المنظمات، وما هي العقبات التي من الممكن أن تواجه هذه العملية. |b Recently, DevOps is one of the most popular methodologies in the software development community. Despite this, organizations find it difficult to adopt and implement it within their work environment, due to the blurry life cycle, the lack of a clear framework, and the new tools needed for its adoption. Therefore, in this research paper, we will review two case studies that are similar in terms of purpose and nature and differ in terms of development methodology, with the aim of clarifying the concepts and method of work of DevOps based on Agile methodologies, and we will put two applications under observation and tracking, starting from the gathering of the requirements until the stage of delivery. We will adopt an Agile development methodology in the first case and in the second a DevOps framework. In the end, we will collect the data extracted from the two studies through Observations and interviews, and we will analyze them using the Cross-Case Analysis method. Our study aims to examine the impact DevOps has on organizations, and what obstacles this process can face. | ||
