| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على تقييم واقع أخلاقيات المهنة بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، وعلى الفروق في استجابات أفراد العينة حول تقييم واقع أخلاقيات المهنة بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة تعزى لمتغيرات البحث (المؤهل العلمي - سنوات الخبرة)، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسحي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة هذا البحث، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة العشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالأقسام العلمية الثلاثة قسم (التدريس – التدريب – التأهيل والعلاج الطبيعي) بكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة والبالغ عددهم (46) عضوا، وكانت من اهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في هذا البحث أن استجابات عينة البحث للمحور الأول (الأخلاقيات نحو الذات) تحصل على المرتبة الأولي بمتوسط حسابي (2.87) وبنسبة موافقة (%95.67)وبمستوى تقييم مرتفع.، وأيضا جاءت النتائج لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد العينة حول أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس وفقا لمتغير البحث (المؤهل العلمي – سنوات الخبرة). The aim of this research is to identify the evaluation of the reality of professional ethics in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the differences in the responses of the sample members about the evaluation of the reality of professional ethics in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences according to the research variables (educational qualification- years of experience), and the researcher used the descriptive method. The survey was due to its suitability to the nature of this research, and the sample was randomly selected from the faculty members of the three scientific departments (Teaching- Training- Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy) of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, who numbered (46) members, and one of the most important results I reached in this The research showed that the responses of the research sample got the first axis (ethics towards oneself) ranked first with an arithmetic average of (2.87) and an approval rate of (95.67%) and a high evaluation level. Also, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the ethics of the teaching profession. According to the research variable (educational qualification- years of experience). |
