| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة توظيف مديري المدارس لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ممارسة العمليات الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا (دراسة ميدانية على المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة خان يونس)، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في تقدير أفراد مجتمع الدراسة لدرجة توظيف مديري المدارس لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخدمة في الإدارة، والمؤهل العلمي، والمرحلة التعليمية. حيث استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والتي تكونت من (45) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي القيادة الفاعلة، التركيز على المستفيدين (الطلاب)، مشاركة العاملين (العمل الجماعي)، التحسين والتطوير المستمر، تحفيز العاملين وقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها: بلغت درجة توظيف مديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ممارسة العمليات الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا جاءت بوزن نسبي (76.40%) أي بدرجة كبيرة، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين درجة توظيف مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في ممارسة العمليات الإدارية في ظل جائحة كورونا لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق تعزى للمؤهل العلمي، ولسنوات الخدمة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في متوسطات التقدير تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية في مجالي التركيز على المستفيدين (الطلاب) ومجال التحسين والتطوير المستمر لصالح المرحلة الثانوية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني فكرة تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة في المدارس بشكل عام وفي جانب العمليات الإدارية بصورة خاصة، ونشر ثقافة الجودة الشاملة لتصبح فكرا وممارسة ميدانية لمدراء المدارس. The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals employ the principles of total quality management in the practice of administrative operations in light of the Corona pandemic (a field study on government schools in Khan Yunis governorate And find out whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.0) in the study community's assessment of the degree to which school principals employ the principles of total quality management due to the variables of gender, years of service in management, educational qualification, and educational stage. The study recommended the necessity of adopting the idea of applying the principles of total quality in schools in general and in the aspect of administrative processes in particular, and spreading the culture of total quality to become an idea and a field practice for school principals. |
