| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور القيادة المدرسية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية في فلسطين وسبل تطويرها، واشتملت على عينة تكونت من (62) مديرا ومديرة من مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة بيت لحم، واستخدم المنهج المسحي الشامل، حيث تم بناء أداة الدراسة تكونت من 50 فقرة تقيس دور القيادة المدرسية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لدور القيادة المدرسية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية جاءت بدرجة عالية، وحصل مجال الطلبة على أعلى متوسط حسابي، يليه مجال أولياء الأمور، ومن ثم مجال المعلمين ومن ثم مجال الأنشطة المدرسية. كما أن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للذكور أعلى منه للإناث. وأن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للمديرين من حملة درجة الماجستير فأعلى، أعلى منه للبكالوريوس فأقل. وأن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للعلوم الإنسانية أعلى منه للعلوم الطبيعية. وأن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية لسنوات الخبرة من 5-10 سنوات، أعلى منه لأكثر من 10 سنوات ولأقل من 5 سنوات. وأن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للمدارس المختلطة أعلى من مدارس الإناث والذكور. أما الأساليب التربوية التي اقترحها المديرون لتعزيز الأمن الفكري، هي: عمل برامج توعوعية للطلبة وأولياء أمورهم لتعزيز الانتماء الديني والوطني والأخلاقي لدى الطلبة في المرحلة الأساسية والثانوية. وعقد ندوات ومحاضرات ولقاءات وورش عمل وبروشورات ونشرات يشارك فيها أصحاب الخبرة وذوو الاختصاص والتعاون مع المؤسسات الفكرية الموثوقة والداعمة لتعزيز الأمن. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث بعمل محاضرات لأولياء الأمور لزيادة خبرتهم في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى أبنائهم. The study aimed to identify the role of school leadership in enhancing intellectual security among secondary school students in Palestine and explore the ways to develop it. The sample of the study consisted of (62) male and female principals from government secondary schools in Bethlehem Governorate. The Comprehensive survey methodology was used, where the study tool was constructed and it consists of 50 items measuring the role of school leadership in enhancing intellectual security of secondary school students. The study concluded that the overall degree for the role of school leadership in enhancing intellectual security among secondary school students was high, and the students’ field received the highest mean average, followed by the parents’ field, then the teachers’ field, and then the school activities field. The mean of the total degree for males is higher than for females. The mean of the total degree for principals holding a master’s degree or higher is higher than that for managers with a bachelor’s degree or less. The mean of the total degree for the humanities is higher than that for the natural sciences. The mean of the total degree for years of experience from 5-10 years is higher than that for more than 10 years and less than 5 years. The mean of the total degree in mixed-gender schools is higher than for girls` and boys’ schools. The educational methods proposed by principals to enhance intellectual security are creating awareness programs for students and their parents to enhance religious, national, and moral affiliation among students in the primary and secondary stages. Holding seminars, lectures, meetings, workshops, brochures, and publications in which experienced and specialized people participate, and cooperating with reliable and supportive intellectual institutions to enhance intellectual security. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends conducting lectures for parents to enhance their expertise in promoting intellectual security for their children. |
