| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر استراتيجية التميز في كفاءة الأداء المالي في الشركات الصناعية السعودية، وقد تم تطبيقها على شركة المراعي-المملكة العربية السعودية. استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج التاريخي وذلك لتتبع الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، المنهج الاستنباطي لسياقة فرضيات البحث والمنهج الاستقرائي لصياغة مشكلة البحث، بالإضافة للمنهج التحليلي لتحليل بيانات الدراسة التطبيقية. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن التميز يؤثر على ربحية وقيمة الشركة، كما أوصت الدراسة ضرورة العمل على زيادة الكفاءة الاستثمارية وتعزيز الكفاءة الائتمانية للشركة. This study aimed to measure the impact of the excellence strategy on the financial performance efficiency in the Saudi Industrial Firms and Almarai Company was taken as case study. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used different approaches the historical approach to trace and investigate the previous studies, the inductive approach to set the research hypothesis, the deductive approach to formulate the research problem and the analytical approach to analyze the emprical data. The most important findings of the study showed that the excellence strategy had positive impact on financial performance for the profitability and the worth of Almarai Company. The study recommended that the company needs to increase the investment and credit efficiency. |
