| 520 | |b The present study aims to classify the women seamstresses studied and understand how and to what extent their profile is a very important factor in triggering the micro-enterprise creation process in the Bejaia region. In fact, we collected data and information on these women seamstresses, using the qualitative method and the semi-directive interview. The results show that the profile of women creators constitutes a set of socio-professional characteristics (age, level of education, experience and training, etc.) and that the profile influences the triggering of the micro-enterprise creation process in the Bejaia region. Two typologies of profiles were developed: those based on experience (the specialized expert, the novice seamstress) and those based on motivation (opportunity, necessity, passion and heritage). |d La présente étude vise à classifier les femmes couturières étudiées et comprendre comment et à quel point leur profil est un facteur très important dans le déclenchement du processus de création de la micro-entreprise dans la région de Bejaia. En fait, nous avons collecté des données et des informations sur ces femmes couturières, en utilisant la méthode qualitative et l’entretien semi-directif. Les résultats montrent que le profil des femmes créatrices se constitue un ensemble de caractéristiques socio-professionnelles (l’âge, niveau d’instruction, l’expérience et la formation, etc.) et que le profil influence sur le déclenchement du processus de la création des micro-entreprises dans la région de Bejaia. Aussi deux typologies de profils ont été élaborées à savoir les profils selon l’expérience (l’experte spécialisée, la couturière débutante) et les profils selon leurs motivations (par opportunité, par nécessité, par passion et par héritage). | ||
