| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى قياس مدى فاعلية المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تحسين المهارات الرقمية لدى طلاب نظم المعلومات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيس الآتي: ما مدى فاعلية المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تحسين المهارات الرقمية لطلاب نظم المعلومات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس؟ وتفرع من هذا السؤال الأسئلة التالية: - ما مدى امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمعارف والمهارات والخبرة المرتبطة بالمنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية وتطبيقاتها؟ - ما مدى تفاعل الطالب مع البرامج التعليمية المحوسبة التي يتم توظيفها داخل الكلية؟ - ما مدى توافر متطلبات وآليات توظيف المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية داخل الكلية؟ - هل ساهمت تطبيقات المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية في تحسين المهارات الرقمية للطلاب؟ وللإجابة عن التساؤلات السابقة اعتمد الباحث في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك تماشيا مع طبيعة المشكلة وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة في الجزء الميداني. وتكون مجتمع البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية الإدارة والاقتصاد ونظم المعلومات، جامعة مصر للعلوم والتكنولوجيا. وتكونت عينة البحث من عشرون عضو هيئة تدريس ما بين مدرس وأستاذ مساعد وأستاذ، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. بعد الحصول على الاستبانات تم معالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية. وجاءت النتائج كما يلي: أعضاء هيئة التدريس يواجهون صعوبة في استخدام المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية وتطبيقاتها وذلك بسبب: - قلة الاهتمام بالجانب التكنولوجي في العملية التدريسية بالكلية. - قلة خبرة عضو هيئة التدريس وثقافته فيما يتعلق ببرامج المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية وبالتالي صعوبة توظيف آلياتها وتطبيقاتها في العملية التدريسية. - أن ما يطبق في الكلية من دروس باستخدام برامج المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية يسهم في تفاعل الطالب وإثارة دافعيته. - أن عضو هيئة التدريس يجد صعوبة في توظيف برامج المنصات التعليمية الإلكترونية وتطبيقاتها لقلة الموارد والآليات اللازمة للتنفيذ. - أن الدروس والبرامج المتاحة للتطبيق إلكترونيا في الكلية لم تؤثر على تحسين المهارات الرقمية لدى الطلاب. The aim of the research is to measure the effectiveness of electronic educational platforms in improving the digital skills of Information Systems students from the point of view of faculty members, and the research problem has been identified in the following main question: How effective are electronic educational platforms in improving the digital skills of Information Systems students from the point of view of faculty members? The following questions branch from this question: - To what extent do faculty members possess the knowledge, skills and experience associated with electronic educational platforms and their applications? - How well the student interacts with the computerized educational programs that are employed within the faculty? The extent to which the requirements and mechanisms of employing electronic educational platforms are available within the college. Have the applications of electronic educational platforms contributed to improving the digital skills of students. In order to answer the previous questions, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, in line with the nature of the problem, and the researcher used the questionnaire in the field part. The research community consists of faculty members at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Information Systems, Misr University of Science and technology. The research sample consisted of twenty faculty members, including a teacher, an assistant professor, and a professor, who were randomly selected. After obtaining the questionnaires, they were statistically processed using the SPSS program and arithmetic averages and standard deviations were used. The results were as follows: Faculty members face difficulty in using electronic educational platforms and applications due to: - Lack of attention to the technological aspect in the teaching process at the faculty. - The lack of experience of the faculty member and his culture in relation to the programs of electronic educational platforms, and therefore the difficulty of employing their mechanisms and applications in the teaching process. - The lessons that are applied in the college using the programs of electronic educational platforms contribute to the interaction of the student and arouse his motivation. - That the faculty member finds it difficult to employ the programs of electronic educational platforms and their applications due to the lack of resources and mechanisms necessary for implementation. - That the lessons and programs available for application electronically at the college did not affect the improvement of students' digital skills. |
