| المستخلص: | تعد مشكلة الطلاق من اعقد المشكلات الاجتماعية في حياة الأسرة لان أثار هذه المشكلة لا تمس الزوجين والأبناء فقط بل ولها أثارها السلبية على المجتمع نفسه، ولا تتولد فكرة الطلاق لدى الزوجين فجأة إلا وقد سبق هذه المرحلة عدة خطوات تمهيدية للإصلاح بينهما ويأتي الطلاق بعدها كحل نهائي بعد فشل الخطوات السابقة وان الزوجين يتوصلان لاتخاذ مثل هذا القرار نتيجة لعدم الانسجام بينهما وكثرة الخلافات والمشاكل الأسرية وعدم تفهم كل من الزوجين وتنهض بعد ذلك عوامل الفشل وأعراض الفرقة وقد تكون هذه العوامل نفسية أو مادية, فقد يسيطر الكره على الزوج لزوجته وقد أوصاه الله سبحانه وتعالى بأن تكون معاملته لها وحسن معاشرتها غير متأثرة بهذه المشاعر أيا كانت أسبابها لقوله تعالى (وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ فَإِنْ كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَيَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا) النساء– أية 19 وهذا يدل على أن يتمسك الزوج بزوجته مع كراهيته لها لما يعلم الله في ذلك من الخير والبركة الكثيرين. The problem of divorce is one of the most complex social problems in the life of the family because the effects of this problem not only affect the spouses and children, but also have negative effects on society itself, and the idea of divorce does not arise suddenly for the couple, and this stage has been preceded by several preliminary steps to reform between them, and divorce comes after as a final solution after the failure of the previous steps, and that the couple reaches to make such a decision as a result of the lack of harmony between them, the many disagreements and family problems, and the lack of understanding of each of the spouses, and then the factors of failure and symptoms of division arise, and these factors may be psychological or material, A husband may be dominated by hatred for his wife, and Allah SWT has commanded him that his treatment of her and good intercourse with her should be unaffected by these feelings, whatever their reasons for saying (and have intercourse with them with kindness, if you hate them, you may hate something, and Allah makes a lot of good in it) women– verse 19. this indicates that a husband clings to his wife with his hatred for her, because Allah knows in this of the goodness and blessing of many. |
