| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح على تنمية الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية لبعض كفايات استخدام التابلت التعليمي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، فقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد البرنامج التدريبي، واختبار تحصيلي، وبطاقة ملاحظة لرفع بعض كفايات استخدام التابلت التعليمي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، وتم تحديد العينة من خلال طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وبلغ عددها (۳۰) مفردة، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم استخدام برنامج إحصائي حزمة البرمجيات الواردة في برنامج (SPSS)، وقد تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لتنمية بعض كفايات استخدام التابلت التعليمي له تأثير إيجابي على معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، حيث بلغ متوسط درجات المعلمين قبليا (10.30)، ومتوسط درجات المعلمين بعديا (38.53). لذلك فإن ارتفاع تحصيلي معلمي المرحلة الثانوية يرجع إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي لكفايات استخدام التابلت التعليمي. كما توجد فاعلية لدى البرنامج التدريبي لكفايات استخدام التابلت التعليمي في انتقال أثر التدريب لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية، وذلك لثبات مستوى التحصيل المعرفي، فقد جاء مستوى الدلالة أكبر من (0.05)، وهذا يدل على عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات معلمي المرحلة الثانوية العامة في التطبيق البعدي والتطبيق التتبعى في اختبار كفايات استخدام التابلت التعليمي، حيث بلغ متوسط درجات المعلمين بعديا (38.53)، ومتوسط درجات المعلمين التتبعى (37.93). The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program on developing the cognitive and performance aspects of some competencies of using the educational tablet among secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait, To achieve the objectives of the study, the study followed the experimental approach. The researcher prepared the training program, an achievement test, and a note card to raise some competencies of using the educational tablet among secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait. The study population was represented in all secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait, and the sample was determined through the stratified random sampling method, and its number was (30) individuals. The data analysis of the study was used, a statistical program contained in the software pa ckage (SPSS) was used. Several results have been reached, the most important of which are: The proposed training program for the development of some competencies of the use of the educational tablet has a positive impact on secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait, where the average teacher grades reached (10.30), and the average teacher grades after (38,53). Therefore, the high achievement of secondary school teachers is due to the effectiveness of the training program for the competencies of using the educational tablet. There is also effectiveness in the training program for the competencies of using the educational tablet in transferring the effect of training to secondary school teachers, due to the stability of the level of cognitive achievement. In the post and sequential application in testing the competencies of using the educational tablet, where the average teacher grades were dimensionally (38.53), and the average teacher grades were (37.93). |
