| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على كيفية حماية مكانة المرأة وتمكينها على ضوء متغيرات العصر والاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للمرأة في الأدبيات المعاصرة، والوقوف على المدلول العلمي لمتغيرات العصر بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن أهم الاتجاهات العالمية في مجال تمكين المرأة، واستخدام البحث المنهج الوصفي على اعتبار أنه يتناول حماية مكانة المرأة وتمكينها على ضوء متغيرات العصر والاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة، وكان من أبرز نتائجه حاجة الجانب التشريعي إلى إعداد وسن التشريعات التي تهتم بقضايا التمييز الإيجابي للمرأة على أن تضمن هذه التشريعات حقوقها في التمثيل البرلماني وإعطاءها الفرصة في مجال التمكين والاندماج في الحياة السياسية، وحاجة الجانب التنفيذي إلى أن يتيح للمرأة فرص المشاركة في الحياة العامة وتعزيز دورها في المساهمة المجتمعية من خلال المشروعات التي تقدمها الحكومة بالإضافة إلى أن الجانب المجتمعي يحتاج إلى التخلص من العادات والتقاليد والموروثات الخاطئة في إطار ترقية مكانة المرأة والحفاظ على حقوقها وتمكينها في كل مجالات الحياة على ضوء قدرتها وعطائها في كل مجالات العمل. The current research aimed to identify how to protect the status of women and empower them in the light of the changes of the era and contemporary global trends, by identifying the conceptual framework of women in contemporary literature, and standing on the scientific significance of the changes of the era in addition to revealing the most important global trends in the field of women's empowerment, and the use of research The descriptive approach, given that it deals with protecting the status of women and empowering them in light of the changes of the era and contemporary global trends, and one of its most prominent results was the need for the legislative side to prepare and enact legislation that deals with issues of positive discrimination for women, provided that these legislation guarantee their rights to parliamentary representation and give them the opportunity in the field of empowerment and integration In political life, and the need for the executive side to provide women with opportunities to participate in public life and to enhance their role in community contribution through projects offered by the government, in addition to the fact that the societal side needs to get rid of wrong customs, traditions and legacies within the framework of promoting the status of women and preserving their rights and empowering them in All areas of life in the light of her ability and giving in all areas of work. |
