| المستخلص: | تناول الباحث في هذا البحث دراسة وتحليل أنظمة قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي بشركات البترول من خلال تحليل الإطار الفكري لأساليب قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي بصفة عامة، مع عرض مفاهيم وأهمية وأبعاد نظم قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي، والتطور التاريخي الذي صاحب نماذج وأساليب قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي، وبيان أهداف ومعايير وأساليب قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي، مع تحليل انتقادي لأساليب مقاييس تقييم الأداء اللوجستي المستخدمة حاليا، وذلك بجانب بيان انعكاس طبيعة خصائص قطاع البترول وأثره على الأساليب المستخدمة في قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي بشركات البترول للتعرف على دوافع وأهمية وأهداف ومفاهيم تقييم الأداء اللوجستي بتلك الشركات، ودراسة المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجه قياس وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي بشركات البترول واستكمالا لما سبق تناول الباحث دراسة وتحليل مدى فاعلية استخدام أسلوب التحليل الهرمي (AHP) في تقييم أداء الأنشطة اللوجستية بشركات البترول، وذلك بدراسة دوافع وأهمية استخدام هذا الأسلوب في علاج أوجه الضعف والقصور التي تواجه الأساليب المستخدمة حاليا في تقييم أداء الأنشطة اللوجستية بشركات البترول، في محاولة للوصول إلى قياس وتقييم دقيق يتناسب مع الأهداف وطبيعة خصائص هذا القطاع الحيوي مما يؤدى إلى تعظيم القيمة بتلك الشركات، وذلك من خلال تفسير العلاقة بين مقومات استخدام أسلوب التحليل الهرمى وتقييم الأداء اللوجستي، وعما إذا كانت هناك علاقة سببية ومنطقية من عدمه، للتوصل إلى تبني هيكل فكرى يقوم على وضع محددات وآليات وخطوات التطبيق العملي لأسلوب التحليل الهرمي في تقييم الأداء اللوجستي بشركات البترول The researcher dealt with through this research the study and analysis of the systems for measuring and evaluating the logistical performance of the petroleum companies, a study by analyzing the intellectual framework of the methods of measuring and evaluating logistical performance in general, with a presentation of the concepts, importance and dimensions of the logistical performance measurement and evaluation systems, and the historical development that accompanied the models and methods of measuring and evaluating performance Logistics, and a statement of the objectives, standards, and methods for measuring and evaluating logistic performance, with a critical analysis of the methods of logistical performance evaluation measures currently used, in addition to a statement of the nature of the characteristics of the petroleum sector and its impact on the methods used in measuring and evaluating logistical performance in petroleum companies to identify the motives, importance, objectives and concepts of evaluating logistical performance with these companies, and studying the problems and obstacles facing the measurement and evaluation of the logistical performance of oil companies. In a related context, the researcher dealt with it by studying and analyzing the effectiveness of using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) in evaluating the performance of logistics activities in oil companies, by studying the motives and importance of using this method in treating the weaknesses and shortcomings facing the methods currently used in evaluating the performance of logistics activities in oil companies. In an attempt to reach an accurate measurement and evaluation commensurate with the objectives and the nature of the characteristics of this vital sector, which leads to maximizing the value of those companies, by explaining the relationship between the components of using the hierarchical method of analysis and evaluating the logistic performance, and whether there is a causal and logical relationship or not, to reach To adopt an intellectual structure based on setting determinants, mechanisms and steps for the practical application of the hierarchical analysis method in evaluating the logistical performance of oil companies. |
