| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال الجواري الإلكتروني في التوعية الصحية للمواطنين، فالملاحظ مؤخرا اعتماد الدولة الجزائرية على الاتصال الجواري بشكل كبير في إيصال رسائلها التوعوية للمواطنين خاصة أثناء أزمة كورونا، فتعددت الوسائل الاتصالية المعتمدة واختلفت باختلاف خصائص الجمهور الموجه إليه، إذ اتخذت من الوسائل الرقمية وسيطا لنقل هذه المعلومات من خلال إنشائها لصفحة رسمية على موقع الفايسبوك للتواصل مع الجمهور فاتحة المجال أمامه لطرح انشغالاته وتساؤلاته حول مختلف الأمراض. ولتسليط الضوء على ذلك وتأكيد هذه الفرضية ارتأينا في هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على دور الاتصال الجواري الإلكتروني في التوعية الصحية بالجزائر من خلال القيام بدراسة تحليلية للصفحة الرسمية على الفايسبوك لخلية الإعلام والاتصال المديرية الصحة والسكان لولاية قسنطينة. وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج مفاداها أن الدولة الجزائرية تحاول الاستفادة من الرقمنة لتوفير الراحة للمواطنين وتثقيفهم وكذا توعيتهم في المجال الصحي بطريقة تحمي حياة الفرد والمحيطين به وخلق وعي عام وتحقيق المنفعة العامة داخل المجتمع. |b This study aims to identify the role of electronic neighborhood communication in the health awareness of citizens. It has been noted recently that the Algerian state has relied heavily on neighborhood communication in delivering its educational messages to citizens, especially during the Corona crisis. Digital is a mediator for the transfer of this information through the creation of an official page on the Facebook site to communicate with the public, opening the way for him to raise his concerns and questions about various diseases. To shed light on this and confirm this hypothesis, we decided in this research paper to identify the role of electronic neighborhood communication in health education in Algeria through Carrying out an analytical study of the official Facebook page of the Information and Communication Cell of the Directorate of Health and Population of Constantine Province. The study reached a set of results, to the effect that the Algerian state is trying to take advantage of digitization to provide comfort to citizens and educate them, as well as educate them in the health field in a way that protects the life of the individual and those around him, creates public awareness and achieves the general benefit within society. | ||
