This research includes an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion with the most important results, followed by sources And references, as for the introduction: dealt with the introduction to the research, the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, and the plan Research, and in front of the first topic: the definition of purposes and their fields, and it has two requirements, the first requirement: definition The legitimate purposes, and the second requirement: the definition of partial purposes and their fields, or the subject Second: The judge's judgment with his knowledge, and it has three demands, the first requirement: the presentation of the issue, and the demand Second: The opinions of scholars on the judge's judgment with his knowledge, and the third requirement: discussing evidence and weighting. Conclusion: It contains the most important findings I have reached, followed by a summary of the research in Arabic and English, and an index of sources and references. |
