| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المعيقات التي تواجه الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في التوظيف من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم في منطقة مكة ولتحقيق هدفها قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة، تكونت من (23) عبارة، مقسمة على (4) أبعاد، وهي: المعيقات الشخصية، والمعيقات الأسرية، والمعيقات المجتمعية والبيئية، وأخيرا مقترحات توظيف الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية، والتي تكونت من (82) من أولياء أمور الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في منطقة مكة، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن المعيقات التي تواجه الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في التوظيف، من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم في منطقة مكة، كانت كبيرة، وقد احتك بعد (المعيقات المجتمعية والبيئية) الترتيب الأول وبدرجة كبيرة، يليه بعد (المعيقات الشخصية) وهو بدرجة كبيرة، وفي المرتبة الثالثة جاء بعد (المعيقات الأسرية) وهو بدرجة متوسطة، وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة؛ فإن الباحثة توصي بتوعية جميع أفراد المجتمع، حول حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في العمل، وأثره الإيجابي على جميع جوانب الحياة. This study aimed at identifying the obstacles faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities in employment from their parents’ perspectives in Makkah region. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire that contained 23 items, and these items were divided into 4 dimensions. These dimensions were personal obstacles, family obstacles, social and environmental obstacles, and finally suggestions for employing persons with intellectual disabilities. The researcher used the descriptive survey method. The study sample was chosen randomly, which contained (82) parents of persons with intellectual disabilities in Makkah. The results indicated that the obstacles faced by persons with intellectual disabilities during employment according to the viewpoint of their parents in Makkah were great. The first ranking was for the dimension (societal and environmental obstacles), it was of a large extent. The second ranking was for the (personal obstacles) dimension, it was of a large extent. The third ranking was for the (family obstacles) dimension, it was of a medium degree. Based on the results of this study, the researcher recommends educating all members of society about the rights of persons with intellectual disabilities at work and its positive impact on all aspects of life. |
