| المستخلص: | موضوع هذا البحث ذكر رأي محمد بن الحسن الشيباني في تعريف الإيمان وحكم مرتكب الكبيرة، والمنهج المتبع في البحث هو: المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي، وذلك باستقراء كتب محمد بن الحسن الشيباني المطبوعة ومن نقل عنه؛ للكشف عن قوله في تعريف الإيمان وحكم مرتكب الكبيرة، ثم تحليله بعرضه على منهج أهل السنة والجماعة، وبيان القول الصحيح، واشتمل البحث على ذكر قوله في تعريف الإيمان والحكم على مرتكب الكبيرة، وخلصت الرسالة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: 1- أن آراء محمد بن الحسن الشيباني وافق فيها أهل السنة والجماعة في الغالب 2- لا يوجد له كتاب في العقيدة لا نثرا ولا نظما، وعرفت آراؤه في الإيمان من خلال من نقل عنه 3- خالف جمهور السلف في مسألة إخراج الأعمال عن حقيقة الإيمان تبعا لشيخه أبي حنيفة. واشتملت الرسالة على عدد من التوصيات من أهمها: 1- تشجيع الباحثين على الكتابة في عقائد العلماء الذين خدموا السنة وخدموا الشريعة -مثل: ابن حجر العسقلاني والنووي والبيهقي والشوكاني- وبيانها مع كشف ما أدخل عليهم وما علق بهم من تهم وآراء المبتدعة وتأويلاتهم 2- الأخذ بمبدأ الوسطية والاعتدال في الحكم على الأشخاص، وخاصة من كان لهم قدم صدق في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين 3- البحث والتحري عند معرفة عقائد الناس، فلا نكتفي بمعرفة قول أو قولين في الحكم على آرائهم وعقائدهم؛ بل الرجوع إلى أقوالهم أو من نقل عنهم، مع التثبت من صحة المنقول. As for what follows: The subject of this research is the opinion of Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaybani regarding the definition of faith and the ruling on the one who commits a major sin. The method used in the research is: the descriptive and inductive method, by extrapolation. The printed books of Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaybani and those quoted from him; To reveal his statement regarding the definition of faith and the ruling on the one who commits a major sin, then analyze it by presenting it according to the method of the Sunnis and the community, and clarify the correct statement. The research included mentioning his statement regarding the definition of faith and the ruling on the one who commits a major sin, and the thesis concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- That the views of Muhammad Bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaybani, and the Sunnis and the community mostly agreed with it. 2- He does not have a book on the faith, neither in prose nor poetry, and his views on faith are known through those who quoted from him. 3- He disagreed with the majority of the Salaf on the issue of deviating actions from the truth of faith, following his sheikh, Abu Hanifa. The thesis included a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1- Encouraging researchers to write about the beliefs of scholars who served the Sunnah and Sharia - such as: Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani, al-Nawawi, al-Bayhaqi, and al-Shawkani - and to explain them while revealing what was introduced into them and the accusations attached to them, and the opinions of the innovators and their interpretations. 2- Taking into account With the principle of moderation and moderation in judging people, especially those who have been sincere in serving Islam and Muslims. 3- Research and investigation when knowing people’s beliefs. We are not satisfied with knowing one or two opinions in judging their opinions and beliefs; Rather, refer to their statements or those quoted from them, while verifying the authenticity of what is transmitted. |
