| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف العلاقة الارتباطية بين المرونة النفسية وتقدير الذات لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة تبوك. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما قامت بتصميم استبانة مكونة من بعدين (بعد المرونة النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وبعد تقدير الذات لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية بمدينة تبوك. وكان من أهم النتائج: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين المرونة النفسية وتقدير الذات لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة تبوك عند مستوى دلالة (0.001). كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة في المرونة النفسية وفي تقدير الذات لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال تُعزى لمتغير عدد الأطفال في الصف. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية تهدف إلى توعية المعلمات في الروضات بأهمية رفع مستوى المرونة النفسية، بالإضافة إلى عقد جلسات حوارية بين الإدارة والمعلمات لمناقشة مصادر الضغوطات التي تواجههن، وتؤثر في تقديرهن لذواتهن. |b The study aimed to study the relationship between flexibility and self-esteem among kindergarten teachers in the city of Tabuk. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach, and she designed a questionnaire consisting of two dimensions (A dimension of psychological resilience among kindergarten teachers, and a dimension of self-esteem among kindergarten teachers). The study community consisted of all government kindergarten teachers in Tabuk region. While the study sample consisted of (40) research items from government kindergarten teachers in the city of Tabuk. The main results of this study: There is a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between psychological resilience and self-esteem among kindergarten teachers in the city of Tabuk at a significance level (0.001). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample in psychological flexibility and self-esteem in kindergarten teachers attributed to the variable number of children in class. In light of these results, the study recommended holding training courses aimed at educating kindergarten teachers about the importance of increasing the level of psychological flexibility, in addition to holding interactive meetings between the administration and teachers to discuss the sources of stress that affect their self-esteem. | ||
