| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى معرفة دور الثقافة السائدة في المجتمع الأردني في الحد من تمكين المرأة (سياسيا، اجتماعي، واقتصاديا) وانعكاس ذلك على حقوقها من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في الجمعيات ذات العلاقة بشؤون المرأة في الأردن. ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة اتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة، وبلغت (187) فردا شكلت ما نسبته 53% من مجتمع الدراسة. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن دور الثقافة السائد في المجتمع الأردني في الحد من تمكين المرأة سياسيا قد جاء متوسطاً وبمتوسط حسابي (3.38) وجاء دور الثقافة السائد في المجتمع الأردني في الحد من تمكين المرأة اجتماعياً جاء متوسطاً وبمتوسط حسابي (3.38) أما دور الثقافة السائد في المجتمع الأردني في الحد من تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً جاء متوسطا وبمتوسط حسابي (3.49). وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام مجلس النواب والحكومة بتحديث التشريعات السياسية التي تعنى بتمكين مشاركة المرأة في العمل السياسي، ضرورة تمكين المرأة العاملة وغير العاملة في كافة محافظات المملكة للاستفادة من التكنولوجيا وما توفره من حريات ومرونة في التعليم والعمل رغم طبيعة الظروف الاجتماعية المحيطة التي تعيق تمكين المرأة اجتماعيا بحكم الأعراف والعادات والتقاليد وضرورة أن تقوم وزارة التعليم العالي بالتنسيب للجامعات بأن يكون هنالك مساقات ثقافية مالية لنشر الوعي بأهمية التمكين الاقتصادي والاستقلال المالي عند جميع الطلبة. This study mainly aims to know the role of the prevailing culture in Jordanian society in limiting women's empowerment (politically, socially, and economically) and its reflection on their rights from the point of view of members of the administrative body in associations related to women's affairs in Jordan. To achieve the goal of the study, the current study followed the descriptive analytical approach, where the study relied on the social survey method using the questionnaire tool, and a simple random sample was selected, amounting to (187) individuals, which constituted 53% of the study population. The results of the study showed that the prevailing role of culture in Jordanian society in limiting women’s political empowerment was average with a mean of 3.38, and the role of culture prevailing in Jordanian society in limiting women’s social empowerment was average and with an arithmetic average (3.38). As for the dominant role of culture in society The Jordanian average in limiting women’s economic empowerment came with a mean score of (3.49). The study recommended the need for Parliament and the government to update political legislation that is concerned with empowering women’s participation in political work, the necessity of empowering working and non-working women in all governorates of the Kingdom to benefit from technology and the freedoms and flexibility it provides in education and work despite the nature of the surrounding social conditions that hinder women’s empowerment Socially, by virtue of norms, customs and traditions, and the need for the Ministry of Higher Education to place orders for universities to have cultural and financial courses to spread awareness of the importance of economic empowerment and financial independence for all students. |
