| 520 | |a يعالج بحث (الأساليب القرآنية والنبوية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيزه) مشكلة الاضطراب والخلل في تحديد الأساليب المناسبة للوصول لهذه الغاية؛ ويهدف البحث إلى بيان الأساليب القرآنية والنبوية التي تعالج المشكلة وتحقق أمن المجتمع وتعززه مع إبراز دورها في تحقيق ذلك وكيفية استثمارها بحكمة ونجاحة في مجتمع النبوة الأول، كما يهدف إلى الاسترشاد بهدايات القرآن والسنة في حل مشكلة عدم فاعلية ووضوح الأساليب التي يمكن بها تحقيق الأمن وضمان تعزيزه في المجتمعات، وقد استعمل في تحقيق تلك الأهداف المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي وكان من نتائج هذا البحث: -تنوع الأساليب القرآنية والنبوية الهادفة إلى تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيزه؛ فمنها القولي ومنها العملي، وذلك لتناسب اختلاف الناس في الفهم والتأثير. -تظهر فاعلية الأساليب القرآنية والنبوية في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيزه عند استعمالها في مراحل البناء الثلاث؛ العقدي والتشريعي والأخلاقي وبصورة متدرجة ومتوازنة ومتنوعة. -يعد التوحيد والوسطية والعدل ونبذ العنصرية من أهم روافد تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيزه. أما أهم التوصيات؛ فأوصي: 1-زيادة الاهتمام بالدراسات المتعلقة بأمن المجتمع خصوصا أمن الفئات الأضعف وإنشاء كرسي بحثي خاص بذلك. 2-استفادة جهات المجتمع كافة -وخصوصا التربوية والأمنية والاجتماعية منها-من أساليب القرآن والسنة في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي وتعزيزه. 3-الدراسة المتعمقة للأساليب القرآنية والنبوية التي تحقق أمن المجتمع؛ بحيث يفرد كل أسلوب منها ببحث خاص به مع ربط ذلك بواقع مؤسسات المجتمع ومدى استفادتهم منه. |b The research (The Methods of Quran and prophetic in Achieving and Enhancing Community Security) addresses the problem of Turbulence and dysfunction In determining the appropriate methods to reach this aim, and aims to show the Quran and prophetic methods that achieve and enhance community security, and highlight their role in achieving this and how to invest them wisely and effectively. It also aims to be guided by the guidance of the Quran and the Sunnah in solving the problem of ineffectiveness and clarity of the methods by which security can be achieved and to ensure enhancing it in societies. The deductive analytical approach was used to achieve these objectives. The most important results of this research were as following: • The methods of achieving and enhancing community security in the Quran and Sunnah are many and varied, verbal and practical. • The effectiveness of Quranic and prophetic methods in achieving and enhancing community security appears when they are used in the three building stages: doctrinal, legislative, and ethical in a balanced and varied manner. • Monotheism, moderation, justice, and rejection of racism are among the most important tributaries of community security in the stages of building it; doctrinal, legislative, and ethical. The most important recommendation: I recommend the following: 1. To increase the interest in studies related to community security, especially the security of the weakest groups, and to establish a research course for this. 2. All parts of society- especially the educational, security and social sectors – shall benefit from the methods of the Quran and Sunnah in achieving and enhancing community security. 3. To study the Quranic and prophetic methods that achieve community security. So that each method should be in its own research with connecting that to the reality of community's institutions and how to benefit. | ||
