In addition, it is also of great significance for Saudi Riyal to realize internationalization. This paper will focus on the factors affecting the internationalization of RMB in combination with the current situation of China. First of all, according to the relevant theoretical analysis of the four currencies that have achieved internationalization, and summarize their development path, summarize the development experience for the internationalization of RMB. Then it studies the development process of RMB internationalization, and focuses on the impact of economic strength, financial market development, currency stability, political and military expenditure on RMB internationalization. Finally, the VAR model is established to study the long-term stable relationship among these variables and RMB internationalization, and the impulse response and variance decomposition are used to study the influence and logical relationship among different variables. Through comprehensive analysis and demonstration, strong economic strength is a solid force for the internationalization of RMB and an important driving force for the internationalization of RMB; Military strength is an important guarantee for the internationalization of RMB; The stability of currency value is the key to realize the internationalization of RMB; Exchange rate fluctuations are not conducive to the realization of RMB internationalization to a certain extent. |
