| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى آلية تطبيق استراتيجية التعليم المدمج في بيئة التعليم المدرسية كما يراها المديرون والمعلمون في مديرية نابلس، والتعرف إلى المعوقات والصعوبات والفوائد التي يحققها توظيف التعليم المدمج، بالإضافة إلى تقديم المقترحات لتحسين توظيف التعليم المدمج مستقبلا؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكيفي لملائمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة في تفسير الظاهرة الحالية ووصفها كيفيا وبشكل عميق اعتماداً على انطباعات وأفكار المشاركين في الدراسة واستناداً إلى خبراتهم وملاحظاتهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المقابلة شبه المنظمة كأداة لجمع البيانات من المشاركين من المديرين والمعلمين من المدارس الحكومية والذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة وعددهم (15 معلماً و 10 مديرين)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج ومن أهمها : عبر 40% من المشاركين عن رضاهم عن تجربة التعليم المدمج ومناسبته للبيئة التعليمية الفلسطينية، كما عبر 56% عن صعوبة التجربة، وأشار 76% إلى الفوائد التي يحققها التعليم المدمج كاستخدام وسائل تعليمية تكنولوجية متنوعة للخروج عن الروتين التعليمي في الحصص الوجاهية واستخدام تطبيقات إلكترونية متنوعة، واقترح المشاركون استناداً لخبراتهم في تجربة التعليم المدمج بعضاً من الأمور التي تساعد في تحسين توظيف التعليم المدمج مستقبلا في المدارس الحكومية الفلسطينية ومواجهة الصعوبات التي تعرضوا لها، ومن أهمها تشجيع ثقافة التعليم المدمج والتسويق لها إعلاميا وضرورة الترويج لها بشتى السبل الممكنة. وفي ضوء النتائج النوعية الحالية توصي الدراسة بالأخذ بآراء المشاركين واقتراحاتهم لتحسين تجربة التعليم المدمج في السياق التعليمي الفلسطيني مستقبلا، ومن أهمها: التخطيط الاستراتيجي بمشاركة الخبراء والمختصين واعتماد برامج لتوظيف التعليم المدمج على مستوى نظام التعليم في المدارس الحكومية نظرا لما يحققه من فوائد. |b The present study aims to identify the mechanism for the implementation of the integrated education strategy in the school education environment as perceived by managers and teachers in the Directorate of Nablus, and to identify the obstacles, difficulties and benefits of the employment of integrated education, as well as proposals for improving future employment of integrated education; In order to achieve the study's objectives, the study used the qualitative curriculum suited to the nature of the study to qualitatively and profoundly explain the current phenomenon, drawing on the impressions and ideas of the study participants and based on their experiences and observations. The corresponding semi-organizational study was used as a tool for collecting data from participants from managers and teachers from government schools who were selected in an accessible manner. (15 teachers and 10 managers), the study found a series of findings, the most important of which were: 40% of participants expressed satisfaction with the experience of integrated education and its relevance to the Palestinian educational environment. 56% expressed the difficulty of the experience. 76% referred to the benefits of integrated education as the use of various technological means of education to break from the educational routine in facial classes and the use of various electronic applications. On the basis of their experiences in the experience of integrated education, participants suggested some that would help to improve future employment of integrated education in Palestinian State schools and to address the difficulties they had experienced, including the promotion and marketing of a culture of integrated education in the media and the need to promote it in the various ways possible. In the light of the current qualitative results, the study recommends that participants' views and suggestions be considered to improve the experience of education integrated into the future Palestinian educational context, most importantly: strategic planning with the participation of experts and specialists and the adoption of programs for the employment of integrated education at the level of the education system in public schools because of its benefits. | ||
