| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور الإخصائي الاجتماعي في رعاية المرضى بمستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بالدمام، وتفرع منه عدة أهداف، اعتمدت من الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعي حيث تكونت العينة من (50) أخصائي اجتماعي طبي من الأخصائيين العاملين في مستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بالدمام، المداومين في فترة تفشي جائحة كورونا، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، من الجنسين (ذكور، أناث)، تم تصميم استبيان من إعداد الباحثة يتكون من البيانات الأولية، وعبارات الاستبيان مقسمه إلى عدة محاور وهي (المحور الأول: دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في التعامل مع المرضى (مكون من (12) عبارة، (المحور الثاني: الصعوبات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي للقيام بدوره (مكون من (12) عبارة (المحور الثالث: الحلول والمقترحات التي تساعد في تعزيز دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المستشفى (مكون من (12) عبارة، وبذلك يكون عدد عبارات الاستبيان (36) عبارة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى المعرفة وإدراك الإخصائي الاجتماعي لطبيعة دورة كممارس لمهنة الإخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي والقيام بمهامه المكلف بها، وتوصلت الدراسة لبعض الصعوبات التي تواجه الإخصائي الاجتماعي وأهمها كثرة الأعباء الإدارية الملقاة على عاتق الإخصائي الاجتماعي، وقلة عدد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المجال الطبي، وتوصلت لعدد من الحلول والمقترحات. The aim of the current research is to identify the role of the social worker in patient care at King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Dammam, and several objectives were branched from it. The research followed the method of social survey, where the sample consisted of (50) medical social workers from specialists (5) working at King Fahd Specialist Hospital in Dammam, who are working in During the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, they were chosen by the intentional method, from both genders (males, females). A questionnaire was designed by the researcher that consists of primary data, and the questionnaire phrases are divided into several axes, namely (the first axis: the role of the social worker in dealing with patients) consisting of (12) The phrase, (The second axis: the difficulties facing the social worker in carrying out his role) consists of (12) phrases, (The third axis: solutions and proposals that help in strengthening the role of the social worker in the hospital) consists of (12) phrases, thus the number of Questionnaire phrases (36) phrases, and the study reached to the social worker’s knowledge and awareness of the nature of the course as a practitioner of the medical social worker profession and carrying out his assigned tasks, and the study reached some of the difficulties facing the social worker, the most important of which is the large administrative burden It was the responsibility of the social worker, and the limited number of social workers in the medical field, and I came up with a number of solutions and proposals. |
