| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور ضابط ارتباط الضمان الاجتماعي في إنجاز المعاملات الحكومية للضمان الاجتماعي على جودة العمل في البلديات كدراسة حالة في بلدية الفحيص. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة عشوائية شملت عددا من العاملين في بلدية الفحيص وبلغ عددهم 20 عاملا وعاملة من العاملين في البلدية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة اتفاق المشاركين على وجود دور ضابط ارتباط الضمان الاجتماعي في إنجاز المعاملات الحكومية للضمان الاجتماعي في بلدية الفحيص بدرجة مرتفعة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى اتفاق المشاركين على أن العاملين في بلدية الفحيص على جودة العمل من أجل إرضاء المواطنين متلقي الخدمة في البلدية بدرجة مرتفعة، وأخيرا توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دور ضابط ارتباط الضمان الاجتماعي في إنجاز المعاملات الحكومية للضمان الاجتماعي وبين جودة العمل في بلدية الفحيص، وأن دور ضابط ارتباط الضمان الاجتماعي في إنجاز المعاملات الحكومية للضمان الاجتماعي مسؤول عن تعزيز ما نسبته 62.2% من جودة العمل في بلدية الفحيص. وقد أوصت الدراسة ضرورة توعية العاملين في بلدية الفحيص بدور ضابط ارتباط الضمان الاجتماعي في إنجاز المعاملات الحكومية للضمان الاجتماعي على جودة العمل نظرا لدورها في تحسين أداء العمل لدى العاملين في البلدية. The study aimed to identify the role of the social security liaison officer in the completion of government transactions for social security on the quality of work in municipalities as a case study in the municipality of Fuheis. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was followed. The study sample consisted of a random sample that included a number of workers in the municipality of Fuheis, and their number reached 20 male and female workers in the municipality. The mains find of the study, the participants agreed on the existence of the role of the social security liaison officer in the completion of government transactions for social security in the Fuheis municipality, to a high degree. The study also reached the participants’ agreement that the workers in the Fuheis municipality on the quality of work in order to satisfy the citizens receiving service in the municipality at a high degree, and finally the study found a statistically significant correlation between the role of the social security liaison officer in the completion of government transactions for social security and the quality of Work in the Fuheis municipality, and that the role of the social security liaison officer in completing governmental transactions for social security is responsible for enhancing 62.2% of the quality of work in the Fuheis municipality. The study recommended that there is necessity of educating the workers in the Fuheis municipality about the role of the social security liaison officer in completing governmental transactions for social security on the quality of work due to its role in improving the work performance of workers in the municipality. |
