| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية والاكتئاب لدى عينة من مريضات سرطان الثدي بمحافظة جدة وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في مجموع متوسطات درجات الاكتئاب بينهن تبعا للعمر والحالة الزواجية وأيضا التعرف على الفروق بينهن في المساندة الاجتماعية تبعا للعمر والحالة الزواجية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 مريضة بسرطان الثدي بمحافظة جدة تتراوح أعمارهن ما بين 22-59 سنة في العيادات التخصصية الشاملة للحرس الوطني - مركز الرعاية الصحية الأولية التابع للحرس الوطني، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. واستخدمت مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية إعداد السمادوني (1997) ومقياس الاكتئاب إعداد فهد الدليم وآخرون (1993). وتستخدم الدراسة الحالية برنامج SPSS 26 للمعالجة الإحصائية، معامل بيرسون لتحديد العلاقة ونوعها واختبارات لتحديد دلالة الفروق واختبار التباين الأحادي لقياس الفروق. كما أظهرت النتائج أنه توجد علاقة عكسية المساندة الاجتماعية والاكتئاب لدى عينة من مريضات سرطان الثدي بمحافظة جدة، لا توجد فروق في مجموع متوسطات درجات الاكتئاب بينهن تبعا للعمر والحالة الزواجية، لا توجد فروق بينهن في المساندة الاجتماعية تبعا للعمر، توجد فروق في المساندة الاجتماعية تبعا للحالة الزواجية لصالح المتزوجات. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فقد أوصت الباحثة بجملة من التوصيات أهمها توعية النساء للكشف المبكر لمرض سرطان الثدي، الحرص على تنمية دور المساندة الاجتماعية مثل إشراك الأسرة في العلاج وضرورة تواجد الإخصائي النفسي العيادي في الفريق العلاجي لدى مرضى سرطان الثدي. |b This study aimed to know the relationship between social support and depression in a sample of breast cancer patients in Jeddah, as well as to identify the differences in the total average degrees of depression among them according to age and marital status, as well as to identify the differences between them in social support according to age and marital status, and the study sample consisted of 60 patients with breast cancer in Jeddah, their ages ranged between 22-59 years, in the comprehensive specialized clinics of the National Guard- Primary Health Care Center of the National Guard, and the current study relied on the correlative descriptive approach. And I used the social support scale prepared by Al-Samadouni (1997) and the depression scale prepared by Fahd Al-Dulaim and others (1993). The current study uses the SPSS 26 program for statistical treatment, the Pearson coefficient to determine the relationship and its type, the t-test to determine the significance of the differences, and the one-way variance test for differences. The results also showed that there is an inverse relationship between socsocial support and depression among a sample of breast cancer patients in Jeddah governorate, there are no differences in the total average degrees of depression between them according to age and marital status, there are no differences between them in social support according to age, there are differences in social support according to the situation Marriage in favor of married women. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is raising women’s awareness of the early detection of breast cancer, ensuring the development of the role of social support, such as involving the family in treatment and the necessity of the presence of a clinical psychologist in the treatment team for breast cancer patients. | ||
