| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر الذي يتركه وجود أو غياب استجابة محايد على معاملات الثبات والصدق لأداة القياس وعلاقة ذلك بالعمر والجنس. ولجمع المعلومات تم استخدام قائمة نيو للشخصية التي أعدها ونقلها إلى العربية الجهني (2006)، وهي عبارة عن قائمة مكونة من 60 عبارة متبوعة بخمسة بدائل (موافق بشدة، موافق، محايد، غير موافق، غير موافق بشدة)، ولغرض خدمة وتحقيق أهداف الرسالة فقد تم استحداث نسخة إضافية من هذا المقياس تختلف فقط في حذف البديل محايد منها، وبهذا أصبح هناك نموذجين من المقياس هي (أربعة بدائل، خمسة بدائل). استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وقد طبق هذين المقياسين على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (149) معلما و(154) معلمة في محافظة القنفذة التعليمية اختيروا بطريقة عنقودية متعددة المراحل، حيث طبق المقياس ذو الأربع بدائل على العينة أولا ثم المقياس ذو الخمسة بدائل بعد فاصل زمني قدره 14 يوما. وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة ولأغراض التحليل الإحصائي فقد تم استخدام حزم البرامج الإحصائية SPSS لتحليل البيانات واستخراج النتائج. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين توزيع استجابات المعلمين والمعلمات في حالة وجود استجابة محايد وفي حالة عدم وجود استجابة محايد في الاستجابات الأربع الأخرى. وكذلك من نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين الذكور والإناث وبين الفئات العمرية الثلاث في تغيير الاستجابة لـ محايد إذا كانت متوفرة. وأيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) في وجود أو غياب الاستجابة محايد في معاملات الثبات بطريقة ألفا لجميع أبعاد قائمة نيو للشخصية. وأيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) في وجود أو غياب الاستجابة محايد في معاملات الثبات بطريقة ألفا لجميع أبعاد قائمة نيو للشخصية لكل من الذكور والإناث ولكل من المجموعات العمرية الثلاث. وقد دلت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) في وجود أو غياب الاستجابة محايد في صدق الاتساق الداخلي لجميع أبعاد قائمة نيو للشخصية. وكذلك عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05) في وجود أو غياب الاستجابة محايد في صدق الاتساق الداخلي لجميع أبعاد قائمة نيو للشخصية لكل من الذكور والإناث ولكل من المجموعات العمرية الثلاث. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة من نتائج وما تطرقت إليه نتائج الدراسات السابقة، تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات تتعلق ببناء المقاييس التي تعتمد على طبيعة المستجيبين وليس على الثبات والصدق، كما تم التوصل إلى عدم الالتفات للمرحلة العمرية أو للجنس عند بناء المقياس من حيث عدد الاستجابات وجود أو غياب استجابة محايد، وأن ارتباط وجود أو غياب استجابة محايد تتوقف على طبيعة عبارات المقياس وطبيعة المستجيبين ولا تتوقف على الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة المقياس. |b The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the availability or non-availability of neutral alternative on validity and reliability of the scale tool, and the relationship of this with age and sex. Personal New list has been used, which prepared and translated by Dahi Dohian Al-Juhani, has been used. This list consists of 60 item followed by five alternatives (strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree). An additional copy of this scale has been used in order to achieve the aims of the study. It is different only by eliminating the neutral alternative. So, there are two models from this scale; (four alternatives, five alternatives). These two scales have been applied on the sample of the study, which consists of (149) teachers and (154) female teachers in Qunfoda education directorate. This sample has been selected by multi-stage cluster method. Firstly, the scale of four alternatives has been applied on the sample, then, the scale of the five has been applied after 14 days. SPSS have been used in order to answer the question of the study, data analysis and results extraction. |b The study led to the following results: 1-There are statistical significant differences at (0.05) between the distribution of females and males teachers in case of the availability of neutral response, and in case of non availability of neutral response in the other four responses. 2-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level between males and females in changing response to neutral if it is available. 3-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level between the three age groups in changing response to neutral if it is available. 4-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level in the availability of non-availability neutral response in reliability coefficients within the method of Alphacronpach for all the dimensions of New personal list. 5-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level in the availability of non-availability neutral response in reliability coefficients within the method of Alphacronpach for all the dimensions of New personality list for males and females. 6-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level in the availability of non-availability neutral response in reliability coefficients within the method of Alphacronpach for all the dimensions of New personality list for the three age groups. 7-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level in the availability of non-availability neutral response in the validity of interior consistency for all the dimensions of New Personality list. 8-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level in the availability of non-availability neutral response in the validity of interior consistency for all the dimensions of New Personality list for males and females. 9-There are no statistical significant differences at (0.05) level in the availability of non-availability neutral response in the validity of interior consistency for all the dimensions of New Personality list for the three age groups. In the according of the results of this study, and in the light of the results of the previous studies, some suggestions have been adopted. These suggestions depend on paying attention to the nature of the scale in terms of its setting. Also, it emphasis on caring with age stage or social type when building scales in terms of number of responses (available or non-available). Also, relationship of the availability of non-availability of neutral response does not depend on psychometrical characteristics of scale tool. | ||
