| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تشخيص علاقة التوجهات الريادية والأداء المتفوق في شركات وزارة النقل العراقية، فمن منظور التوجهات الريادية اختبر الباحثين تأثير (الابتكار الريادي، الاستباقية، تحمل المخاطرة، المغامرة التنافسية، والاستقلالية) على الأداء المتفوق وأبعادها (القيادة، أشراك العاملين، التقييم الذاتي، فاعلية العمليات، ونتائج الأعمال) وبالاعتماد على طريقة العينة القصدية تم توزيع (170) استبانة على مديري ومسؤولي شركات وزارة النقل العراقية وكانت عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي هي (135) استبانة، واعتمد البحث برنامج (Amos V. 25, SPSS V. 25) مع اعتماد أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي لاختبار فرضياته وأثبتت أغلب النتائج التطبيقية للبحث صحة الفرضيات التي اقترحت، أما أبرز نتائج البحث فتمثلت بوجود تأثير واضح للتوجهات الريادية في الأداء المتفوق بشكل مباشر وعلى مستوى الأبعاد الفرعية والإجمالية, ويوصي البحث بضرورة استثمار طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير وحث منظمات وزارة النقل على إيجاد مبادرات جديدة تعزز إنجاز الأهداف، والحث على اقتناص الفرص التي في حدود قدراتها. The research aims to diagnose of the relationship Entrepreneurial Orientations and superior performance in companies of the Iraqi Ministry of Transport, from the perspective of Entrepreneurial Orientations, the researchers tested the effect of(entrepreneurial innovation, proactive, risk-taking, Competitive aggressiveness, and Autonomy)on superior performance and its dimensions (leadership, employeeengagement, Selfassessment, effectiveness Operations, business results), and depending on the intentional sampling method, was distributed (170) questionnaires to the directors and officials of companies of the Iraqi Ministry of Transport and the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis was (135) resolutions, and the research adopted the program (SPSS V. 25, Amos V 25,) with the adoption of descriptive statistics methods to test its hypotheses, and most of the applied results of the research proved the validity of the hypotheses suggested, As for the most prominent results of the research, it was represented by the presence of a clear effect of the Entrepreneurial Orientations in the superior performance directly and at the level of the sub-dimensions and the overall. The research recommends the necessity of investing in the nature of the relationship and influence, and urging the organizations of the Ministry of Transport to find new initiatives that enhance the achievement of goals, and to urge seizing opportunities that are within their capabilities. |
