| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس التعرف على دور منظومة الحماية الاجتماعية بعيد الخصخصة في الوقاية من الجريمة والحد من مشكلتي الفقر والبطالة، والتعرف على مستوى تطبيق العدالة الاجتماعية في برامج منظومة الحماية الاجتماعية في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر عينتي الدراسة من موظفي صندوق المعونة الوطنية، ومن المنتفعين من برنامج الدعم المقدم للعاملين بنظام المياومة "تكافل/ 2" في قطاع النقل بوظيفة "كنترول" في منطقة المدينة ضمن مناطق عمان الكبرى. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوبه المسحي، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينتي الدراسة والتي تكونت من (48) موظف من العاملين في صندوق المعونة الوطنية، ومن (33) كنترول باص. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام لدور منظومة الحماية الاجتماعية في الوقاية من الجريمة وفي الحد من الفقر والبطالة في المجتمع الأردني جاء مرتفعا من نظر عينتي الدراسة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام لتطبيق العدالة الاجتماعية في برامج منظومة الحماية الاجتماعية جاء مرتفعا. وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بمنظومة الحماية الاجتماعية والعمل على صياغة برنامج وطني للحماية الاجتماعية في المجتمع الأردني بمشاركة كافة الجهات المعنية من القطاع العام والخاص. The study aimed mainly to identify the role of the social protection system after privatization in preventing crime and reducing the problems of poverty and unemployment, and to identify the level of application of social justice in the programs of the social protection system in Jordanian society from the point of view of the two study samples from the employees of the National Aid Fund, and from the beneficiaries of the support program provided to workers in the day-to-day system "Takaful/2" in the transport sector in the "Control" job in the "Madina" Region within the Greater Amman regions. To achieve the objectives of the study; The descriptive analytical approach was relied on in its survey style, and a questionnaire tool was used to collect data from the two study samples, which consisted of (48) employees working in the National Aid Fund, and (33) control buses. The results of the study showed that the general level of the role of the social protection system in the prevention of crime and in reducing poverty and unemployment in the Jordanian society came from the viewpoint of the two study samples, and the results of the study indicated that the general level of application of social justice in the programs of the social protection system was high. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to the social protection system and working on the formulation of a national program for social protection in Jordanian society, with the participation of all concerned parties from the public and private sectors. |
