| 520 | |a تعد دراسة الدخل القومي من الدراسات الاقتصادية الهامة لكونه مؤشرا على تطور أداء القطاعات الاقتصادية في الاقتصاد الوطني للدول، وقد اهتم الاقتصاد الإسلامي بالدخل القومي من خلال ما تقدمه الدولة الإسلامية من دعم للقطاعات الاقتصادية المتنوعة في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، مما يبرهن عن مراعاة الشريعة الإسلامية للدخل الذي تمول الدولة الإسلامية نفقاتها منه، وتدشين من خلاله مشروعاتها الإنتاجية المتنوعة، وقد استخدمت الدولة في ظل الإسلام آليات متنوعة تدعم من خلالها هذا الدخل وهذا ما سيتناوله البحث في ثناياه. وقد هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرض لنظرة الاقتصاد الإسلامي للدخل القومي والآليات التي من خلالها يمكن دعمه سواء كان ذلك متمثلا في التيسيرات المالية المتبعة لما يحقق تحسنا لمستوى الدخل القومي، أو من خلال دعم هياكل التنمية، أو إقرار رسوم على السلع العابرة للحدود، أو مراعاة للتكوين الرأسمالي. هذا وقد حفل البحث بالوقائع التطبيقية التي نفذت في صدر الإسلام والتي كان لها الدور الواضح في تحسين أداء مداخيل بيت المال والدولة العامة التي لبيت من خلالها توفيه الحاجات ودفع الملمات. |b The study of national income is one of the important economic studies because it is an indicator of the development of the performance of the economic sectors in the national economy of countries. The Islamic economy has been concerned with the national income through the support provided by the Islamic state to the various economic sectors in the Islamic economy, which proves the observance of Islamic law for the income that is financed. The Islamic state spends from it, and through it inaugurates its various productive projects, and the state has used various mechanisms under Islam through which it supports this income, and this is what the research will address in its folds. The aim of this research is to expose the Islamic economy’s view of national income and the mechanisms through which it can be supported, whether it is represented in the financial facilities used to achieve an improvement in the level of national income, or through support for development structures, or the adoption of fees on cross-border goods, or taking into account the formation to my capitalist. This research was filled with practical facts that were implemented in the early days of Islam, which had a clear role in improving the performance of the incomes of the treasury and the general state through which the house was used to meet the needs and pay the sufferings. | ||
