| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور التي قامت به الفصائل الوطنية الإسلامية في توظيف العلاقات الدولية للحفاظ على الثوابت الفلسطينية، وبيان ملامح ومحددات العلاقات الدولية لحركة حماس كنموذج في الفترة الواقعة بين "2006-2017"، والوقوف على الدور الذي تلعبه الفصائل الوطنية الإسلامية في العلاقات الدولية التراكمية للحفاظ على الثوابت الفلسطينية، وكذلك الوقوف على السبل الكفيلة بتطوير أداء الفصائل الوطنية الإسلامية "حماس" لتوظيف العلاقات الدولية للحفاظ على الثوابت. واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي منهجا رئيسا لدراسة دور فصائل العمل الوطني الإسلامية الفلسطينية "حماس نموذجا" في تعزيز العلاقات الدولية للحفاظ على الثوابت في الفترة الواقعة بين "2006-2017"، وذلك من خلال المناقشة والتحليل وطرح وجهات نظر جميع الأطراف، إلى جانب استخدام المنهج التاريخي للوقوف على تفاصيل الأحداث التاريخية، كما اعتمد على المقابلة أداة رئيسة في هذه الدراسة، كما وحرص على مراعاة جمع المعلومات من مصادرها الأولية مباشرة من خلال الوثائق والمقابلات مع القادة المعنيين، والشخصيات ذات العلاقة بالعمل في حقل العلاقات الدولية. وقد توصل الباحث إلى نتائج عدة حاولت الإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، حيث سعت حماس لاستغلال فرصة نجاحها في الانتخابات لتوسيع دائرة علاقاتها الإقليمية والدولية، بجانب حفاظها على الثوابت الفلسطينية، وعملت على تغيير وثيقتها السياسية وجعلها أكثر مرونة، ونجحت في تقديم نفسها لدول العالم بصورة مباشرة بعيدا عن صورة الإعلام المغرضة، وعملت على حشد الدعم الدولي لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني في العودة وتقرير المصير. وأصى الباحث بضرورة انفتاحها دوليا والتوسع بدبلوماسيتها، بصفتها تمثل الحق الوطني الفلسطيني الذي يناهض المحتل، وسعيها الحثيث لضرب الصورة الذهنية للاحتلال دوليا، وأن تفعل دائرة العلاقات الدولية لتجييش طاقاتها من خلال تفعيل دور الشباب ونخبة العمل الوطني الذين يؤثرون على السياسة الدولية والتصدي لعنصرية القوى والمنظومة الدولية المنحازة "لإسرائيل". This study aimed at identifying the role played by the national Islamic factions in investing the international relations to preserve the Palestinian constants. The study defined the determinants of the international relations of Hamas as a model in the period between 2006-2017 and discussed the role played by the national Islamic factions in the cumulative international relations to preserve the Palestinian constants. Moreover, the study mentioned the ways to develop the performance of the Islamic national factions to invest the international relations in order to preserve the Palestinian constants. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach as a main approach to study the role of the Palestinian Islamic national factions "Hamas as a model" in promoting international relations to preserve the constants in the period between 2006-2017. The researcher made discussions, analysis and presentation of the views of all parties and used the historical approach to find out the details of historical events. The researcher depended on interview as a key tool in this study and collected information from the primary sources directly through documents and interviews with the leaders and international actors concerned. The study concluded several results that answered the study questions. The Islamic movement invested the opportunity of its success in the elections to expand its regional and international relations, as well as to change its political documents in order to make it more flexible. The Islamic movement succeeded in presenting itself to the Arab, Islamic and foreign countries directly and away from the biased media. In addition, it increased the support of many foreign countries for the rights and constants of the Palestinian people. The researcher recommended Hamas to be more opened internationally and to expand its diplomacy as representing the Palestinian national right that opposes the racism of the occupation through international organizations. The Islamic movement of Hamas should activate the Department of International Relations to mobilize its energies through activating the role of young people, intellectuals and writers. This category is the national action elite which influences politics and address the racism of the international system aligned to "Israel". |
