| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الممارسات الإشرافية وعلاقتها بالنمو المهني لمعلمات صف التمهيدي الحكومي في محافظات الشمال من وجهة نظر المعلمات والمدراء، ولتحقق من أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتمد الباحثان الاستبانة وسيلة لجمع البيانات، وقد تكونت من قسمين رئيسين: الأول تناول البيانات الشخصية، والثاني تكون من (62) فقرة موزعة على محورين: المحور الأول يشمل العلاقات الإنسانية، والأساليب الإشراف، وإدارة الصف، والتقويم المحور الثاني يشمل، التخطيط، والأعمال الإدارية، وتطوير الأداء المدرسي. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمات الصف التمهيدي والمدراء والبالغ عددهم (148) معلمة ومديرة، ضمن الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي 2019/2020. أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغ حجمها (108) معلمة ومديرة. وبعد أن تم جمع البيانات والاستبانة وتحليلها، توصل الباحثان إلى أهم نتيجة وهي: إن نسبة العلاقة بين الممارسات الإشرافية في الصف التمهيدي الحكومي في محافظات الشمال لمجال تطوير الأداء التدريسي (81%) وهي نسبة مرتفعة، ونسبة مستوى النمو المهني (81%) وهي نسبة مرتفعة. |b The purpose of the study is to identify the supervising activities and their relationship to career development of the public kindergartens’ teachers in the northern districts from the point of view of the teachers and the principles. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive method and relied on the questionnaire method for collecting data. The questionnaire was split into two divisions: the first was related to the personal details and the second contained 62 items discussing two axes. The first included human relationships, methods of supervision, classroom management and assessment. The second included planning, administrative work, and development of schooling performance. The study community was the female teachers of kindergarten classrooms and the principles. They totaled 200 teacher and principle for the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020. The sample of the study included 120 teacher and principle. The researcher collected the data of the questionnaire, analyzed them and came out with the following conclusions: The ratio of the relationship between supervising activities in the public kindergarten classroom in the northern districts and the domain of developing teaching performance is 81% which is a high ratio. The ratio of the levels of career development is 81% which is also high. | ||
