| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه مشرف -التدريب الميداني -الأكاديمي والمعلم -المتعاون أثناء تدريب طالب التدريب -الميداني تخصص علوم شرعية في المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية بالتعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وطبقت على عينة من المدرسين المتعاونين ومن المرشدين الأكاديميين. وكانت الأداة عبارة عن استبيان تم أعداده بواسطة الباحث وقد تكون الاستبيان من أربعة محاور وهي: التأهيل المهني، العلاقة بين مشرف -التدريب والمعلم والطالب الأداء الفني التدريسي والصفات الشخصية. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود اختلاف متفاوت بين المحاور حيث كانت قيمة (ت) دالة في بعض المحاور، كما أكدت النتائج على وجود فروق بين المحاور مجتمعة في متغير العمر، الخبرة، المرحلة الدراسية. وهذا يدل على وجود صعوبات بين مشرف -التدريب والمعلم -المتعاون في تدريب الطالب. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة التعاون بين مشرف -التدريب والمعلم -المتعاون للتغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريب طالب –التدريب -الميداني، وبيان المهام الواجب على كل من المعلم المتعاون ومشرف -التدريب -الميداني اتباعها للتقليل من الصعوبات التي تواجههم إثناء تدريب طالب العلوم شرعية. |b This study aimed to identify the difficulties of field training supervisor and the cooperating teacher during the training of students, majoring in Religious Education, field training intermediate and secondary public education in Saudi Arabia. This study applied on a sample of teachers, collaborators and mentors academics. Study tool was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, and the questionnaire may be from four directions: vocational training, field training supervisor relationship and cooperating teacher and student field training, teaching performance art and character traits. The results indicated a different clustered between the themes of study where the value (T) significant in some part, as confirmed by the results on the differences between the themes of study combined in a variable age, experience, and school. This shows that there are difficulties between the academic field-training supervisor and teacher training students collaborating in field training. The study recommended a number of recommendations including the need for cooperation between academic and field training supervisor cooperating teacher to overcome difficulties of field training, student training and mission statement of duty on each of the cooperating teacher and academic field training supervisor to reduce The difficulties facing them during the training of the Religious Education. | ||
