| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير التخطيط الاستراتيجي على البراعة التنظيمية بأبعادها الاستغلال الاستكشاف واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم إجراء الدراسة على عينة بلغت (۳۱۹) مفردة، وتم جمع البيانات اعتمادا على قائمة الاستقصاء، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامجي SPSS & AMOS. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ومن خلال نتائج النموذج الهيكلي أو البنائي لمتغيرات الدراسة وبالاتفاق مع نتائج تحليل الانحدار البسيط لاختبار تأثير التخطيط الاستراتيجي في أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية، وأن التخطيط الاستراتيجي يؤثر تأثيرا طرديا معنويا في الأبعاد البراعة التنظيمية- كل على حده وهي: (الاستغلال والاستكشاف)، كما أن هناك اعتدال المدركات العاملين بالشركات محل الدراسة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وتوافر مدركات العاملين بالمركز أيضا لبعدين البراعة التنظيمية (الاستغلال والاستكشاف). The Study aims to investigate the impact of Strategic planning on Organizational Ambidexterity with its dimensions (Exploration, Exploitation). The researcher used the Descriptive Method, a sample of (319) individuals has been conducting using SPSS & AMOS software. Findings revealed that, through the results of the structural or structural model of the study variables and with agreement with the results of the simple regression analysis to test the impact of Strategic planning on Organizational Ambidexterity and its dimensions (Exploration, Exploitation), that the Strategic planning has a direct and significant impact on the Two dimensions of Organizational Ambidexterity- each separately and there is a highly perceptions From the employees about Strategic planning in the companies under study, the availability of the companies employees’ perceptions of two dimensions of Organizational Ambidexterity(Exploration, Exploitation). |
