| المستخلص: | انطلاقا من حقيقة أن مدرس الجامعة هو الفاعل الرئيسي في النظام الجامعي وهو جوهر العملية التعليمية في الجامعة، ووفقا للدور الكبير الذي تلعبه الجامعة في تنمية المجتمع، فقد تعاملنا مع قضية الكفايات المهنية المطلوبة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة ومعرفة نقاط ضعف أساتذة الجامعات من حيث الكفايات المهنية. حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة لمعرفة الكفايات المطلوبة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية وفق رؤية (2030) لتوضيح كفايات التدريس والكفايات التقنية. هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان درجة هذين النوعين من الكفايات المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والدرجة الأكاديمية، ومدى سنوات الخبرة في درجة ملكية أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز. تنحصر أهمية الدراسة في قدرة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على الاستفادة من قائمة الكفايات المهنية في هذه الدراسة ووضع برامج لتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس حسب درجة الكفايات لديهم لتحسين أدائهم التعليمي، لتحسين كفاياتهم. حسب الاقتضاء، وزيادة خبراتهم في المجالات المتعلقة بمهامهم الأكاديمية والإدارية. Based on the fact that the university teacher is the main actor in the university system and is the essence of the educational process at the university, and according to the great role that the university plays in the development of society, we have dealt with the issue of the professional competencies required for members of the university’s faculty and knowledge of the weaknesses of university professors in terms of professional competencies. The study tried to answer some questions to find out the required competencies for faculty members in Saudi universities in accordance with Vision (2030) to clarify teaching competencies and technological competencies. The study aimed to demonstrate the degree of these two types of professional competencies of faculty members and the academic degree, and the extent of years of experience in the degree of ownership of faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University. The importance of the study is limited to the ability of faculty members to benefit from the list of professional competencies in this study and to develop programs to train faculty members according to the degree of competencies they have to improve their educational performance, to improve their competencies. As appropriate, increase their expertise in areas related to their academic and administrative functions. |
