| المستخلص: | ناقشت هذه الدراسة دور مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية في تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية وتنظيمها ودعم جهود الأفراد المتطوعين؛ سعيا لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع السعودي، وطبقت الدراسة على الرياديين الاجتماعيين مسؤولي مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية ومستفيديها في مدينة الرياض، وقد صيغت مشكلة الدراسة على النحو التالي: ما دور مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية في تنظيم المشاركة المجتمعية للأفراد في المجتمع السعودي؟ وتستمد الدراسة أهميتها من أهمية مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية ودورها في تشجيع الجهود الذاتية والتطوعية لأفراد المجتمع، بالإضافة لأهمية المشاركة المجتمعية كونها أحد العناصر الأساسية في عملية التنمية، وقد استخدم في هذه الدراسة التعدد المنهجي (الكيفي والكمي) من خلال المقابلات للوصول لمعلومات عميقة ومكثفة من المسؤولين في مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية، والمسح الاجتماعي بتوظيف الاستبيان، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: أن 39.2% من أفراد عينة الدراسة مستواهم التعليمي بكالوريوس، يليهم الدراسات العليا، والغالبية العظمى من أفراد الدراسة يمثلون ما نسبته 95.3% قد مارسوا العمل التطوعي، وأن ما نسبته %50.2% يمارسون العمل التطوعي في المجال الاجتماعي، كما بينت النتائج أن من أعلى الخدمات والبرامج المقدمة للمستفيدين من مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية: هي دعم الأسر المنتجة بنسبة 16.1%، ثم تنظيم المشاركة المجتمعية بنسبة 15.2%، وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون على أن المشاركة المجتمعية في تنفيذ المشاريع وبرامج التنمية تزيد من الانتماء للمجتمع، وأنها مطلب هام في كافة مجالات الحياة، وأن هناك إغفال لدور مؤسسات الريادة الاجتماعية الهام في عملية التنمية، ويؤكدون على ضرورة دعم حاضنات أعمال الريادة الاجتماعية والإيمان بأهميتها، وضرورة إيجاد مسرعات الأعمال الريادة الاجتماعية، وإعداد المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث حول المشاركة المجتمعية. This study discussed the role of social entrepreneurship institutions in organizing community participation, and to clarification the role of social entrepreneurship institutions in activating the process of community participation, organizing and supporting individual's volunteers to achieve objectives of sustainable development in Saudi society. The research main question: what is the role of social entrepreneurship institutions in organizing community participation for individuals in Saudi society? This study used qualitative research and quantitative method, through interviews to obtain deep information from officials in the social entrepreneurship institutions, also the social survey by employing the questionnaire to achieve objectives of the study. The most important results of this study: 39.2% of the sample of the study were from the education level bachelor, and then graduate studies, the majority of the sample of the study 95.3% of th participants in the voluntary work, 50.2% of which are engaged in volunteer work in the social field, th highest services and programs provided to the beneficiaries of the social entrepreneurship institution are the support of the productive families by 16.1% and the organization of the community participatic by 15.2%, also the study sample individuals they agree that community participation increases th community's affiliation in implementing the projects and development programs, and an importa demand in all areas of life, and that there is a neglect of the role of institutions of social entrepreneursh institutions important in the development process, support the incubators of social entrepreneurship ar belief in its importance, and accelerate the pace of social entrepreneurship, and the preparation of furth studies on community participation. |
