| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فلسفة العمل الجماعي في القرآن والسنة، وذلك بتتبع الأفكار والفلسفات والآراء والمصادر الدالة على العمل الجماعي من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة وكذلك السيرة النبوية العطرة، مستخرجين من هذه المصادر والدلالات الإسلامية، الفلسفة الخاصة بالعمل الجماعي، وذلك من أجل التوصل إلى أهمية العمل الجماعي في المجتمع المعاصر، مما يزيد فهمنا لهذا المصطلح من المنظور الإسلامي التربوي؛ فيساعدنا على الممارسة العملية للعمل الجماعي في الحياة الواقعية، على أسس تربوية إسلامية قويمة، ولقد تخصصت الدراسة في التربية الإسلامية، لما تتميز به من منهج واقعي، يأخذ في اعتباره المتغيرات الحياتية المختلفة، حيث إن القرآن الكريم والسنة والسيرة النبوية حثوا على العمل الجماعي سواء كان ذلك على مستوى الأفعال العملية بين المسلمين في حياتهم بمساعدتهم وتعاونهم مع بعضهم البعض، وأمرهم بالمعروف ونهيهم عن المنكر، أو على مستوى المشاعر الوجدانية بتراحمهم وتأخيهم وملاطفتهم لبعضهم البعض من خلال الخلق الحسن والتواصل المحب، فتمت الإشارة إلي العمل الجماعي بشكل مادي وبشكل معنوي، مما يؤكد شمولية التربية الإسلامية وعدم إغفالها جانبا من جوانب النفس الإنسانية. The current study aims to identify the philosophy of collective work in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, by tracing the ideas, philosophies, opinions, and sources that indicate collective work from the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as the fragrant biography of the Prophet. Extracting from these sources and Islamic connotations the philosophy of collective work, in order to understand the importance of collective work in contemporary society, which increases our understanding of this concept from the Islamic educational perspective and helps us in the practical practice of collective work in real life, based on solid Islamic educational foundations. This study is specifically dedicated to Islamic education in particular, because of its distinctive and realistic approach, which takes into account various life variables, as the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the Prophet’s biography have urged collective work whether this was at the level of practical actions among Muslims in their lives, by helping and cooperating with each other, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, or on an level of emotional feelings of their compassion, brotherhood, and kindness to each other through good manners and loving communication. Thus, collective work was referred to in a material and moral form, which emphasizes the comprehensiveness of Islamic education and that it does not neglect any aspect of the human soul. |
