| المستخلص: | مقصد البحث هو توضيح شامل لسياسات الحفاظ والارتقاء للمناطق التراثية حيث يعبر التراث الحضاري عن كل ما ورثه الشعوب عن الآباء والأجداد من منجزات ثقافية وحضارية اكتسبت قيمة نوعية أثبتت قيمتها وأصالتها في مقاومة قوى التغيير فصارت مرجعا بصريا أصبح كأحد ركائز الطابع المعماري والهوية للمجتمعات، فأصبح التراث عامل مشترك بين كافة الشعوب مهما اختلف عمر حضارتها. ويتعرض التراث الحضاري المعماري للعديد من المؤثرات الخارجية الإيجابية التي تعطي له القيمة، والسلبية المسببة للتلف، فكان لابد من التعامل مع تلك المؤثرات على كافة المستويات الرسمية وغير الرسمية من خلال فعل مزدوج يتضمن صيانة مخزون التراث وحمايته والاستفادة من ذلك المخزون وتوظيفه كأداة فعالة في التطوير والإبداع المعماري والعمراني. The purpose of the research is to provide a comprehensive explanation of the policies of preserving and elevating the heritage areas where the cultural heritage expresses all the heritage that the peoples inherited from the fathers and grandfathers of the cultural and civilization achievements that have acquired a value that has proved its value and authenticity in resisting the forces of change and has become a visual reference that has become one of the pillars of the architectural character and identity of the communities. It is a common factor among all peoples regardless of the age of their civilization. The cultural heritage of architecture is exposed to many positive external influences that give it the value and the negative that cause the damage. Making the use of this stock and employ it as a effective tool to urban and architectural creative and development. |
