| المستخلص: | تناول هذا البحث موضوع: سعة الله في تشريع أحكام العبادات والمعاملات، ويحتوي على: مقدمة، ومبحث، وخاتمة، واشتمل المبحث على عدة موضوعات: أنواع التوسعة في الشريعة الإسلامية، أسباب التخفيفات في الشريعة الإسلامية، التعريف بأهم مصطلحات المبحث، ذكر مظاهر سعة الله في تشريع عباداته وأحكامه، سعة الشرع في المسكوت عنه، وما لم يرد في حكمه نص شرعي، التشدد في الدين والتعنت فيه؛ منافي لسعة الله في أحكامه وشرعه، والإعراض عن أخذ الرخص؛ منافي لشرع الله وسعته في أحكامه وشرعه. وكان المنهج المتبع فيه: المنهج الاستقرائي بجمع الأدلة وإخراج مدلولاتها، والمنهج التحليلي للمعاني الإيمانية. هذا؛ وتظهر أهمية البحث في كونه يبين شمولية اسم الله الواسع في جميع جوانب الحياة بحيث يستشعر المسلم سعة الله العظيمة التي شملت كل ما يحيط به، ومن ذلك أنها اتسعت للدين فكانت الأحكام والتشريعات مبنية على التخفيف واليسر لا على العنت والمشقة، وفي هذا إظهار عظيم سعة رأفة الله لعباده فيما كلفهم به. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: بيان عظيم سعة الله لأحوال عبادة التي قد تطرأ عليهم، وذلك بتخفيف التكاليف، ووضع الرخص الشرعية التي تعينهم على الطاعة.. For example, it has expanded to religion, and the provisions and legislation are based on ease and ease rather than hardship.
