| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي ومستوي الطموح لدى عينة من طلبة كلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنصورة، المقيدين بالفرقتين الأولي والثانية بكل من البرنامج المميز (معلم تقنيات الحاسب الآلي باللغة الإنجليزية) والبرنامج العادي (معلم حاسب آلي) واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (۱۰۷) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة عشوائية، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس التدفق النفسي، ومقياس الطموح الأكاديمي. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التدفق النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة الملتحقين بالبرنامج المميز (معلم تقنيات الحاسب الآلي باللغة الإنجليزية) كان عاليا باستثناء تغير الإحساس بالوقت، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة البرنامج النوعي وطلبة البرنامج العادي بكلية التربية النوعية في غياب الوعي بالذات، حيث جاءت قيمة "ت" تساوي (1.27) وهي قيمة غير دالة إحصائية، وأن مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدي عينة الدراسة الملتحقين بالبرنامج المميز (معلم تقنيات الحاسب الآلي باللغة الإنجليزية (كان عاليا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين التدفق النفسي وبين الطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة الدراسة بكل من البرنامج المميز (معلم تقنيات الحاسب الآلي باللغة الإنجليزية) والبرنامج العادي (معلم حاسب آلي) عدا التغذية الراجعة لصالح البرنامج المميز، كما أنه لا يوجد ارتباط بين مستوي الطموح غياب الوعي بالذات لدي الطلاب سواء من البرنامج العادي أو المميز. The study aimed to find out the relationship between psychological flow and the level of ambition among a sample of students of the Faculty of Specific Education, Mansoura University, who are enrolled in the first and second academic year in both the distinguished program (computer techniques teacher in English) and the regular program (computer teacher). The researcher used the descriptive correlation method. The study was conducted on a sample of (107) male and female students who were randomly selected. The study used the psychological flow scale and the academic ambition scale. The results showed that the level of psychological flow among the study sample enrolled in the distinguished program (teacher of computer techniques in English) was high except for the change in the sense of time, and there were no statistically significant differences between the students of the qualitative program and the students of the regular program at the Faculty of Specific Education in the absence of self-awareness. The value of "t" was equal to (1.27), which is a value that is not statistically significant at the level of significance of 0.05, and that the level of academic ambition of the study sample enrolled in the distinguished program (teacher of computer techniques in English) was high, and the results showed that there was a direct positive statistically significant relationship between Psychological flow and between the academic ambition of the study sample in each of the distinguished program (computer techniques teacher in English) and the regular program (computer teacher) except for the feedback and the absence of self-awareness. |
