| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الأخضر على استدامة أداء المنظمة بالتطبيق على شركات الصناعات الغذائية، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في وجود فجوة بين ما ينبغي أن يكون والمتمثل في وجود أثر لتطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الخضراء على أداء المنظمة، وبين ما هو كائن فعلا من وجود تباين في نتائج الدراسات السابقة فيما يتعلق بأثر تطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الأخضر على أداء المنظمة، وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وتم تصميم أداة القياس وهى الاستبيان وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من العاملين لدى تلك الشركات، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss, smart pls لاختبار فروض الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لتطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الأخضر على استدامة أداء المنظمة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بتطبيق ممارسات التصنيع الأخضر لما لها من أثر إيجابي على استدامة أداء المنظمة. The study aimed to identify the impact of the application of green manufacturing practices on the sustainability of the organization's performance by applying it on the food industry companies. The problem of the study was represented in the existence of a gap between what should be, which is the existence of an impact of applying green manufacturing practices on the organizational performance, and what is ctually existed in the discrepancy in the results of previous studies regarding the impact of applying green manufacturing practices on the organizational performance. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the measurement tool, the questionnaire, was designed and distributed to a simple random sample of employees of those companies, and the statistical analysis programs SPSS, Smart PLS were used to test the hypotheses of the study The study found that there is a positive impact of the application of green manufacturing practices on the sustainability of the organization's performance. The study recommended to increase attention to the application of green manufacturing practices because of their positive impact on the sustainability of the organization's performance. |
