| المستخلص: | أصبح التعليم عن بعد (التعليم الإلكتروني) واقع مفروض مع تفشي وباء كورنا وتحورها من سنة لأخرى، مما يصعب إيجاد علاج واضح ودائم لها، وأمام هذا الواقع وجدت جل الجامعات نفسها أمام خيار فرض التعليم عن بعد، حاولنا من خلال دراستنا هذه البحث عن واقع التعليم عن بعد وأهم العراقيل التي تواجهه بالنسبة للطلبة أو الأساتذة أو الإدارة بالمركز الجامعي لتيبازة، وذلك عن طريق توزيع استبيان على الطلبة والأساتذة مقسم إلى محاور تتناول مختلف جوانب التعليم عن بعد، وخلصت دراستنا إلى إبراز أهمية توفير اللوازم الضرورية وتوفير شبكات الانترنت في الجامعة، بالإضافة إلى إخضاع طرفي النظام التعليمي لتكوين يمكنهم من التعامل السلس مع أجهزة ووسائل التعليم والطرق الحديثة في التقييم. E-Learning has become an imposed reality with the outbreak of the Corona virus and its transformation from year to year, which makes it difficult to find a clear and permanent treatment for it, and in the face of this reality, most universities found themselves facing the option of imposing E-Learning, we tried, through our study, to search for the reality of E-Learning and the most important obstacles. For this reason we prepared a questionnaire faced by students, professors, or administration at the University Center of Tipaza, we divided it into axes dealing with various aspects of E-Learning, and our study concluded by highlighting the importance of providing the necessary supplies and providing internet networks at the university, in addition to subjecting the two parties to the educational system To enable them to deal smoothly with the equipment and means of education and modern methods of evaluation. |
