| المستخلص: | تعد نظرية الحوار عند "والتون" نموذجا معياريا تجريديا يقدم مجموعة دقيقة من القواعد والإجراءات التي تجيب عن السؤال كيف يكون الحوار منطقيا؟ وبالتالي تساعد هذه النظرية في التوصل إلى تحليل وتقييم ما إذا كان الحكم على حجة معينة في حوار ما بأنها قدمت بشكل معقول أو غير معقول. كما تقوم هذه النظرية بدراسة الحوار بطريقة عملية وتجريبية، حيث يتم فحص أنماط الحوار كما يستخدم في المحادثات اليومية، لذلك قيل أن: "نظرية الحوار عند "والتون" تجمع بين الجانب النظري والعملي من أجل إحراز تقدم حقيقي في تقييم الحجاج وتبريره بكافة أنماطه، فهذه النظرية تهدف إلى جعل تقييم الحجاج أمرا ممكنا دون الحاجة إلى محاولة تحديد نوايا المحاور على الرغم من أن نظرية الحوار لها جذور قديمة قدم الفلسفة ذاتها، فإنها ظلت خامدة لمدة ألفي عام، حتى ظهرت من جديد كموضوع مهم في المنطق التطبيقي، فقد تم طرح نظرية الحوار في هذا النوع من المنطق، كهيكل يمكن أن يكون مفيدا للمساعدة في تقييم المغالطات اللاصورية. فقد غدت تلك النظرية جزءا مهما للغاية من قبل المناطقة المعاصرين الذين يعملون في دراسات الجدل والمنطق التطبيقي، كما لا تقتصر أهمية نظرية الحوار على المناطقة فقط، بل امتدت أهميتها إلى بعض العلماء، وخاصة علماء الكمبيوتر المهتمين بجدية بنظرية الحوار حيث يرونها جزءا ضروريا من مبادراتهم البحثية في مجالات مثل: تكنولوجيا الأنظمة الخبيرة، والأنظمة متعددة العوامل. وهناك أيضا اهتمام متزايد بنظرية الحوار في دراسات الاتصال. وانطلاقا من كل هذه التطورات ينظر إلى نظرية الحوار مرة أخرى في نهاية هذا القرن كموضوع له أهمية كبيرة في مختلف المجالات. تطرح هذه الدراسة إشكالية رئيسة هي: إلى أي مدى تلعب نظرية الحوار عند" والتون" دورا مهما في تقييم الحجة والحجاج والمغالطات اللاصورية؟ للإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسة وما يتفرع منها من تساؤلات خصص الباحث مبحثين لهذه الدراسة هما: الأول: البنية الأساسية لنظرية الحوار. الثاني: نظرية الحوار وتقييم الحجة والحجاج والمغالطات. Walton's theory of dialogue is an abstract normative model that provides a precise set of rules and procedures that answer the question, "How does dialogue make sense?" Thus, this theory helps to come to an analysis and evaluate whether to judge a certain argument in a dialogue that it was presented reasonably or unreasonably. This theory also studies dialogue in a practical and experimental way, where dialogue patterns are examined as used in daily conversations, so it was said that: "Dalton's dialogue theory combines the theoretical and practical aspects in order to make real progress in evaluating and justifying argumentation of all types, This theory aims to make it possible to evaluate argumentation without needing to attempt a determination of the arguer’s intentions. Although the theory of dialogue has roots as old as philosophy itself, it remained dormant for two thousand years, until it reappeared as an important topic in applied logic; The Theory of dialogue was put forward in this type of logic, as a structure that can be useful to help evaluate informal fallacies. The importance of dialogue theory is not limited to the region only, but its importance has extended to some scientists, especially computer scientists who are seriously interested in dialogue theory as they consider it a necessary part of their research initiatives in areas such as expert systems technology and multi-factor systems. There is also a growing interest in dialogue theory in communication studies. Proceeding from all these developments, the theory of dialogue is again perceived at the end of this century as a topic of great importance in various fields. This study poses a main problem: "To what extent does Walton's theory of dialogue play an important role in evaluating the argument, arguments and informal fallacies?" To answer the main problem and the questions that arise from it, the researcher devoted two sections to this study: First: The Basic Structure of the Theory of Dialogue. Second: The Theory of Dialogue, Evaluation of the Argument, Arguments and Fallacies. |
