| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا المقال التعريف بأبي العباس القرطبي، ونشأته العلمية، مرورا بذكر بعض من شيوخه وتلاميذه، وكذا ثناء العلماء عليه، ووفاته. ويهدف لإبراز أهم معالم منهجه في كتابه -المفهم -، واعتناءه بفهم السنة خاصة ما تعلق بتأويل مختلف الحديث ومشكله من خلال دراسة استقرائية تحليلية أفضت إلى رصد أهم معالم طريقته في التعامل مع ما تعارض من أحاديث في مؤلفه، وتوجيه ما وقع فيه من مشكله، ومقارنتها مع ما ذهب إليه غيره. وقد خرجت الدراسة برسوخ قدم الإمام القرطبي في هذا الفن الذي لا يحسنه إلا قلة من أهل العلم؛ مما يستدعي طلبة العلم والباحثين لمزيد بحث وتمحيص حول هذا العالم العلم وغيره من علماء المغرب العربي الذين قصر أهل هذه البلدان في إبرازهم وإعطائهم حقهم. This article introduces Abu al-Abbas al-Qurtubi, his scholarly upbringing, mentioning some of his sheikhs and students, as well as the scholars’ praise of him and his death. While it aims to highlight the most important features of his approach in his book- Al- Mufhim -, and his concern for understanding the Sunnah, especially what is related to the interpretation of various hadiths and its problem through an inductive and analytical study that led to monitoring the most important features of his method in dealing with the contradictory hadiths in his author, and directing the problem that occurred in it, And compare it with what others have gone through. The study came out with the solid footing of Imam Al- Qurtubi in this art, which only a few people of knowledge can improve. Which calls for students of knowledge and researchers for further research and scrutiny about this scholar of science and other scholars of the Maghreb, whom the people of these countries failed to highlight and give them their due. |
