| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرض لمدى فاعلية التعليم الإلكتروني في المؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية، عقب الأزمات الفجائية (كوفيد 19 نموذجاً). وبالاعتماد على دراسة تحليلية بالمركز الجامعي مرسلي عبد الله-تيبازة- (منصة إلكترونية والمقابلات نصف موجهة مع الأساتذة المكونين دورة 2018-2019-2020). أفادت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال (TICE) في التعليم العالي، فبناء عملية التعليم الإلكترونية يحتاج إلى إرادة فعلية من الأطراف الفاعلة في العملية التعليمية، فبرغم من النتيجة المتوصل إليها والتي مفادها وجود مبادرات فردية ذات جودة على مستوى جامعة تيبازة في عملية التعليم الإلكتروني، ألا أن عملية التعليم الإلكتروني لا تزال تعاني من نقص توفر التفاعل باستخدام أليات الاتصال الحديثة التي تعمل على تحويل المحتوى المبرمج إلى أنشطة إلكترونية تفاعلية بين الطالب والمحتوى وبين الطالب والأستاذ. The study aims at knowing the effectiveness of the E-learning in the Algerian context, following the sudden crises (the sample of covid-19). Depending on an analytical study at the University of Tipaza. (The electronic platform and the preview of the courses for the novice teachers’ formation, as well as, the semi-directed interviews with the professional professors / the courses of 2018-2019-2020). This study contributes to increase the interest of using the information technology and communication (TICE) at the high education. The E-learning construction needs an active intention by the dynamic group in the education process, Despite the reached result which states that there are individual initatives with quality in the e-learning process at the University of Tipaza, but the e-learning process still suffers from a lack of interaction of using modern communication mechanisms that converts programmed content into interactive electronic activities between the student and the content and between the student and the professeur. |
