| المستخلص: | إن معرفة أطوار الجنين ومراحل تخلقه ونشأته والاطلاع عليها لها فوائد كبيرة وعظيمة في تشخيص فترات ومدد تلك الأطوار والمراحل العمرية وبيان صفاتها، للحفاظ عليه وتوفير الحماية له والمواظبة على رعايته ورعاية الأم التي تحمله وظروفها الحساسة التي تمر بها وخصوصا في وقت الحمل ومن تلك الفوائد أيضا أنه لا سامح الله في حالة إسقاطه وإجهاضه يمكن للمشرع من تحديد وترتب القيمة المادية والمعنوية على ذلك وطبقا للطور والمرحلة التي أجهز عليه كما هو الساري والمعمول به عند بعض متخصصي الفقه والقانون، وهذه الدراسة محاولة وإطلالة مختصرة لبيان تلك الأطوار والمراحل في الشريعة والطب ومقارنتها نسأل الله العظيم أن يجعلها في سبيله وأن يعم فائدتها إنه ولي النعم والكرم.
