| المستخلص: | هدف البحث تحديد معوقات ومشكلات المشروعات الاستثمارية الصغيرة في المجال الرياضي، أعتمد الباحثان عند اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية لعينة البحث حيث بلغ عدد عينه الدراسة (۱۱۰) أفراد من العينة الكلية للبحث، استعان الباحثان بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لإجراء التحليل الإحصائي، ومن أهم اللاستنتاجات البحث عدم وجود الكفاءات والمهارات الإدارية لدى خريجي التربية الرياضية في كيفية إدارة المشروعات الاستثمارية الصغيرة، وغياب القوانين والتشريعات والمؤسسات التي تعمل على دعم المنشأت الصغيرة وحمايتها بصورة خاصة، وتأخير تنفيذ القرارات الحكومية الداعمة للمشروعات الصغيرة، وقلة خبرة خريجي التربية الرياضية عن التسويق للمشروعات، وهجرة الكفات من الخريجين من الدول النامية إلى الدول المتقدمة، ومن أهم التوصيات توفير البيئة الاستثمارية الملائمة لدعم المشروعات في المجال الرياضي، توفير نظام تمويل للمشروعات في المجال الرياضي، الاطلاع على تجارب الدول الناجحة في مجال المشروعات الصغيرة في المجال الرياضي، والاستفادة من تجاربهم في تنمية وتطوير هذا القطاع، مساعدة المشروعات الصغيرة في التسويق لمنتجاتها من خلال إنشاء المعارض المحلية والدولية. The research aims to find small disease obstacles and problems in the sports field, when selecting the study sample, the two researchers relied on the random method of the research sample, as the number of the study sample was (110) individuals from the total sample of the research. The researchers used the SPSS statistical program to conduct the statistical analysis, Among the most important conclusions of the research is the lack of competencies and administrative skills among graduates of physical education in how to manage small investment projects, the absence of laws, legislation, and institutions that work to support and protect small enterprises in particular, the delay in implementing government decisions supporting small projects, and the lack of experience of graduates of physical education in marketing projects. And the migration of qualified graduates from developing countries to developed countries, Among the most important recommendations are providing an appropriate investment environment to support projects in the sports field, providing a financing system for projects in the sports field, looking at the experiences of successful countries in the field of small projects in the sports field and benefiting from their experiences in developing and developing this sector, assisting small projects in marketing their products through Establishing local and international exhibitions. |
